I heard great things about this chain and I'm glad we have one here in Hot Springs now! The sandwich I had was really awesome! Lots of meat and cheese, good quality you can really taste. Bread was good too not soggy at all. Great chips; get the barbecue ones, they rock! Add to all that they deliver too!

I love my Italian sub sandwiches here with jalapeno chips, an oatmeal cookie and a Coke. The bread is not hard to bite into the meats are generously applied and all the other assorted vegetables. I want one now just writing about it. Get you one. read more

Shout out to Mikey at The drive through- went above and beyond for us. Food was excellent but his smile and positive energy can't be complimented enough! We had a long unsettling day at a medical appointment and he brought our spirits right up!!!! Thank you Mikey and keep it up. You never know the impact you may have on someone. read more

i ordered and paid online. I went to the drive-thru to pick up my order and some guy was ordering for like 10 minutes! I just need to grab and go, so I parked and tried to go inside but they STILL have their lobby locked down! The "freaky fast" sub shop just waisted my time! Hello Subway! read more

Delivery Service was just as advertised "Freaky Fast" and Fabulous! I called the restaurant to place my order and was greeted by Tyrone who was the most pleasant energetic "Order Taker" I have ever had. Jimmy John's sandwiches are great, but their "mo", Is freaky fast delivery... thing is, they only deliver if your within a mile radius..lol!! Who can't deliver fast in that small box??? Expand your delivery "radius" if that's your claim to fame.....otherwise, change your commercials and name to subway. read more

This location is pretty much like all the other in the USA. The only difference is it's smaller and attached to a liquor store. Sandwiches are different than any other Jimmy John's. When I went in, I was served by somebody that was new, but he was getting coached by another team member. read more

I've eaten Jimmy John's 3 times. Had the same sandwich all three times because it was just so good!!! The Gargantuan!!!! So much meat!!!! So tasty!!! So meaty!!! Bread is great!!! It's my favorite sandwich. I'm sure they are all good, but don't wanna order anything else. read more

bought 6 free sub coupons from a fundraiser silent auction that Jimmy johns donated to. Paid way more for the coupons than what the sandwiches are worth. And they didnt honor the coupons. What a waste. Screw jimmy johns. read more

Just had a long work day. Spending the night in hot springs. Ordered the 17 with mustard. BBQ chips. Meal was delivered in 10 minutes with a nice smile. Extremely pleased with my meal. I will order here for sure next time I'm in town. read more

The reviews were very good, so I went last week on Thursday around noon. Im a fan of Reuben's, so I decided on it for lunch. I also picked up a fresh cut 1lb sirloin steak for supper. I also grabbed a jar of blackberry jelly which looked to have been made in small batches. The sandwich was very good. If I had any complaint, it would be that it was maybe on the small side considering the price but nothing to get too upset about. The steak was great. I made a homemade marinade and let it sit for several hours. I slapped it on the grill, 450 degrees for 3 minutes a side and 3 min on the top rack with reduced heat and it was perfect. I was very pleased. The blackberry jelly was awesome as well. My mother in law is visiting from out of state and I'm about to head up their and get more Steaks for Thai evening.
