We have been good customers of Panda Express forever 12 years. We moved here 7 years ago and immediately started eating there. About 3 years ago PE food started to not taste as it once did. about 1 year ago it got worse. I just ate some Walnut Shrimp and I can say, it had no taste of shrimp at all NONE! It was awful couldn't even eat 2 pieces of it, plus the chow mean had no taste as if they didn't add any seasoning. My wife's meal was a bit better but she didn't finish most of it. So that's it PE, WE ARE FINISHED EATING THERE!!!, we've given you every chance to turn it around and for 3 years and now no longer. This is the second time I've come to this location over an hour before they close and they have hardly anything because the workers start closing down an hour before they are supposed to. They literally had 1/3 of the options left and nothing was fresh. There have been multiple other customers both times confused and upset about this. The staffs attitude sucks. One staff member was eating and yelled that they would not be making anything else because they already cleaned everything. We have never had a bad experience here food wise, although the wait is insane. They only have one poor worker behind the line and one cooking. That does not equal fast service, and while that's not their fault, as a pregnant woman, I find it very hard to stand in line for that long. Grateful my husband came with me! Since Panda Express opened it has went down hill. They continue to put more and more veggies in with the meat. More than half the entree is veggies. Do not waste your time eating here. You will be wasting A LOT of it. I ordered online as the dining room was closed due to covid 19. There was a sign in the parking lot that said park and wait for service. I did, right in front of the front door. After waiting 45 minutes, (not an exaggeration) I pulled around to the door they were using. I had seen a dozen or so cars come and go, but not so much as anyone asking if I had even ordered. When the guy finally came outside again I asked if he could check my order. I had, after all been waiting 45 minutes already. He responded by telling me he had to wait on all the other cars first, then cussed at me for being rude. I had not yet raised my voice. the next time he came out I asked for a refund. since by now I had been waiting for an hour. (Still not an exaggeration). The rude kid cussed me again and said if I said one more word to him he would call the police. I dont know what they are paying this kid, but it is too much. Their service sucks, and I never did get my food. Or a refund after over an hour. I will try talking to a manager tomorrow to get my money back, but my guess is they wont demonstrate any better service than their employees. Dont waste your time or money. Follow up. They did give me a refund. Which is only fair since I never got my food. I still won't be wasting any more time trying to eat here.
