Hot springs shuts down early! We are from out of town and after driving all day just needed some food before we hit the hotel. It was around 10 pm and the town was shut down tight. This place was one of the few open. I'm sure they weren't super excited to see us but employees were very nice at the drive thru. Took quite awhile to fill the order but there were 5 of us so that was to be expected. The food was actually pretty decent. We don't have a Zaxbys near me in Michigan so we like to get it when we see one on vacation. I got the club sandwich meal and it was tasty. I love the Zax sauce. No one in my family complained so I call it a win. They did forget one item so we had to go back to the window. First time hearing of Zaxby's, I like fried chicken, kids like chicken tendies, it was a no brainer The Good: Chicken was good, but nothing that blew my mind. The sauce variety is nice but they only gave us Zaxby's after I asked to try one of each. No big deal, Zax sauce was good. Similar to another fried chic-k-en chains. The fries and sweet tea were pretty good too. The price was fair as I fed 7 people, 4 adults, 3 kids for $75. Not bad at all. The Bad: they said it would be ready in 10 minutes, it took like 25. They weren't really busy either but when you're a youngin' and you got the manager barking orders at you while you're helping people, it's a little nerve racking. Kids were great, boss coulda been a little more chill, but I also get her aspect. Could be a little nicer tho. The Ugly: the coleslaw was, ummm, old. And I didn't get all my sauces!!!! We wanted to take a chance in trying Zaxbys since we are from out of town (Dallas). The food was ok but I will tell you the young lady that waited on us through the take out window was the epitome of what great service should look like. Polite, helpful, and even anticipating asking for some napkins, etc. I would go back just to get waited on by her again. Have good food but don't order for Door Dash to deliver after 8 p.m., we completed our order at 8:18 and everything was fine then at 9 we get a text that says order was cancelled. I haven't been to many Zaxby's, but they have all been good. Their boneless wings and tenders have good flavor, not dry, and the sauces are great. The service was quick for as fresh as the food was and very friendly. This is a good chain restaurant to stop at while I'm on the road. read more

I went there order my food. I order a 20 piece hot honey mustard wings. I received bbq wings. I go back to to let them know my order was wrong. Instead of dropping me some fresh wings they decided to redrop the bbq wing and just pour hot honey mustard sauce over the bbq wings they redrop. Very insulting. read more

I was Hungry and i mean Hungry i went through the drive thru and i ordered my food and my wife's food i ordered Wings and Things, a house salad, an order of fried pickles, and an order of fried mushrooms. I paid an overly expensive price to begin with and when i got my food the fried pickles were fried so long they were hard as a rock literally almost broke a tooth and when i tried the spicy fried mushrooms they were frozen i went back and they cook some mushrooms and replaced them but not the pickles and offered me some cookies because quote i look like i like cookies. The food was horrible and the service even worse i will never again eat at that run down establishment. Always a hit...We have been coming since Opening day, literally...we were in the group of the first 100 customers to get free food for a year. We came last week and manager, Shad, was delightul. Ordered a zensation salad. When the order came up it did not have the egg roll which is supposed to come as part of the salad. No one at the counter said a word. When I asked why there was no egg roll I was told the salad was so popular that they had run out of egg rolls. No one bothered to tell me when I ordered, or I would have chosen a different salad. So, I paid full price for the salad but did not receive what I paid for. When I asked about a refund or discount I was ignored. Needless to say, I won't be coming back to this store. read more

When I went the fries were over seasoned with I love over seasoned foods. The staff were nice . There was not ketchup but we asked for some so it was fine. Very clean and the bathroom looked nice too. The Coke machine was cool too. read more

I worked there for almost two weeks. All the females hair was down, barely ever washed hands when changing gloves after handling raw chicken, cussed and downgraded customers who had questions about the food and items, messy messy messy, yet was all about "policy". Had me doing the dishes 8 days in a row yet no one else and a manager says "we don't hire dish washers", while they had other employees taking a lunch break right during lunch rush hours, 10:30a., As upon after 2:30p. I'd ask if I could take a break, and they immediately said, " labor is high so I'm going to send you home"...... Good luck with this funky chicken fingers and customer service. The experience I have had is disgusting and uncalled for. Even the general manager is a flake. Goes behind people's back and talks smack and then laughs about it.
