I ordered the #16 Club Lulu with Jimmy John peppers and mustard. I purchased two chocolate chip cookies, jalapeño chips and a Sprite . This was my first time at this location; I stopped in because it is near my job. The issue that I noticed is that once my sandwich was ready it was placed on the counter and not in a bag. I had to ask for a bag to put all of my food in. The young lady who was working the drive through window simply pointed at the bag that was on the counter so I had to reach for it myself and grab two packs of mustard. I was a little surprised at the lack of customers service. When I was about to leave, I also noticed that the guys were taking loaves of bread out of the packages and placing them on the baking sheet without using gloves. Sat at drive thru for about 8 minutes, waiting for service. Looked thru window no customers. Saw no employees. Called them to see if they were open. Yes, gave order. Went home. I guess I was being punished for making them work. Both sandwiches were floating in ranch dressing and NO meat. DISGUSTING!!! Threw both bread drowned in ranch dressing concoctions away. i Haven't eaten all day and I wanted some jimmy johns. I ordered a turkey and cheese sandwich with tomato and lettuce and avocado . when it arrived I was only met with turkey, bread, and avocado. First let me tell you that it was my Wife and I first time at Jimmy John's at it was a very unpleasant experience. I ordered the Caesar wrap and a #7. Well my wife likes her wraps a certain way and your whole staff at this location told be no we don't customize our food and when it came to my #7 They said no to me when I ask for Caesar dressing versus mustard. Are you guys not in business to make your customers happy, it didn't work for me it was like they all set a rule and tell all the customers we don't adjust our sandwiches or wrap. I will never go to any Jimmy John's again. SUBWAY And Firehouse subs here I come. The location off of Bingle@290 is totally trash! The girl that prepared my food was very helpful and super sweet but the older gentleman that was the cashier was awful! He clearly was upset with his existence and it showed. Customer service was definitely the worst! read more

It's your normal Jimmy John's but I feel that the employees at this one go above and beyond. Just as an example, I stopped by the other day for some day old bread. I used to love JimmyJohns but like they say, You are only as good as your last meal. I have given the place 5 chances. They kept putting the ends of tomatoes on my sandwich. They are inedible. They charge way too much for a lot of bread with just a little meat and avocado spread. I ordered the California club and was sorely disappointed. I didn't think to take a picture until it was too late. But I essentially had three times as much lettuce then I did actual meat, cheese and avocado spread. In fact, The spread only covered half the sandwich. They also mislabeled two other sandwiches that I purchased for colleagues. My colleagues ended up opening the sandwiches & looking through them before realizing they were mislabeled and had to switch. Quite frankly I don't want a colleague pulling apart my food and touching on it then having to switch. But unfortunately they had no other choice. Not good. I ordered for the 1st time my company 2 minutes away! When I placed my order they said it would be here in 20 min. 45 min later I call and they said it would be 10 min! 15 min later (this is now a hour since first ordered) Shamika answered very very very rude! The manager called me to offer me a credit he was not nice either. I am a business owner I understand things get crazy and busy and you can't always deliver on time but one thing you can not excuse if horrible customer service. I did get a credit of all my orders back. But because of the customer service i probably won't order from them again. read more

I love JJ's. However this experience fell very short of my expectations. I came at 9:20 PM closing is at 10:00 PM however all of items were already put away for the evening. I didn't think much of it and was greeted by a very nice gentleman who helped me out and made me comfortable despite knowing I was stalling them from closing early. After he put in my order he went to the back and I was left standing at the pickup portion of their work station. There were two females that were talking to each other but not making any sandwiches. While I get that maybe they had other things going it didn't seem that the pledge of freaky fast had any effect on their roles in this job. After about 7-10 min I told them I was going to put my chips and drinks in the car while I waited for their sandwich creation. After I came back in the gentleman walked back out and saw they still hadn't made my sandwiches and were arguing about something or refusing to work, it was difficult to understand them. He immediately washed his hands and got to work and got my sandwiches ready quickly, he seemed very disappointed with either his staff or co-workers. During the time he was making the sandwiches the other two stood around talking and then when the phone rang, they said they are not taking any more orders and just let it ring until it stopped, at this point it was 9:35, 25 min prior to closing. I just wish they could deliver the true Jimmy Johns service and quality. Good luck on improving, I might try it out again in a couple months but for now I will stick to the JJ's further away. read more

Today was the worst experience I believe I've ever had at a sandwich shop. I've frequented this location a number of times since they have opened. Today, I ordered my normal Slim 3 and Chips. When I arrived back at the office. I was given the wrong chips. There was also confusion about my sandwich order, so I decided to inspect to make certain it was correct. I discovered tuna that was visibly old and poorly prepared. I did not eat the sandwich and disposed of the sandwich in the garbage along with the chips since they were wrong. Wasted $6 dollars, but learned a valuable lesson...take Jimmy Johns off the list. One other issue....an employee was consuming a beverage in the food production space as my sandwich was being made. That should have been my clue to leave and dine elsewhere. I will not return to this location nor will I dine at another location again. read more
