I ordered a late lunch from Jason's. Order placed online. When I got there and called the number for pickup, a lady said she was coming. She never arrived. After waiting 10 mins I went inside and got my order. Food was good. I ordered chicken panini with chips and fruit salad. The fruit had a ton of lettuce so it wasn't a lot of fruit for the price. Still good and I love the fruit dip. The deli-bration cookie was delicious. The sandwich was good and spicy. Lots of chicken too. Got my husband a salad which he enjoyed. read more

The disrespectful young man with the red hair working in front was incredibly rude to my mother about the location of the silverware when she couldn't find it herself, yes they're "obviously right there!" -as the guy had said, but she's a 98 year old woman who clearly can't see. I was coming out of the restroom when I encountered how disrespectful he was being. Once I tried confronting him about his behavior he literally rolled his eyes and muttered "fuck off fatass bitch" under his breath. As our first time ever being in a Jason's deli, this was a very uncomfortable and just an utterly unpleasant experience. Terrible to see that Jason's deli does not serve or even try to hire decent individuals. The guy was also noticeably under the influence of mariguana as he had reeked of it. Looking for some place new for lunch last weekend I stopped in here. It's been many years since I've eaten at a Jason's Deli because I prefer non chain restaurants usually. This location is in a standalone building in the middle of a large shopping center with enough nearby parking for a high school football game. Inside its a counter service restaurant with a large main dining room. They also have reopened their self serve salad bar. I ordered the Beefeater sandwich with roast beast and provolone on a toasted roll with cup of au jus and a bag of chips for $12. It is listed as one of their Famous Favorites. The food arrived about 15 minutes later as I expected a 3 level meal and that's what I got. The food was average in taste and nothing really stood out. It wasn't bad mind you as it was acceptable. The cup of au jus tasted watered down too. I would consider returning to try something else but I'm not in a hurry. read more

We came for lunch during the week and it wasn't busy yet. We ordered pretty quickly and the lady taking our order was very sweet. We sat down with our number and waited and waited. I saw a guy walking around with what looked like our food but he went the opposite direction. He came by but didn't have any food...he had put it down to do something. The name is deception! This place kept coming up on my yelp list when looking for healthy places to eat and I kept not paying attention, going purely by its name and I would never do that again. I vouch to listen to yelp. My team at work decided to order lunch from here last week and this is my new favorite. I got the nutty salad no meat and this is hands down one of the best salads I've ever had. The perfect cheese, grapes, apples, cranberries, nuts and all things fresh and delicious. The balsamic dressing was just perfect for it as well. I also ordered a cup of vegetable soup (mostly as a back up in case I did not like the salad. Yes! I was still skeptical about ordering salad from a deli). The soup was good, but my love for the nutty salad overpowered everything else. I have called in orders to this Jason's Deli location (10915 Cypress Creek Pkwy) on several occasions. Every time, my order is ready when I arrive. The only drawback for this location is the configuration of the parking lot. When I drove into the parking lot and took a left onto Windfern, I had to avoid cars that were cutting through, to either hit a store in the strip center or avoid the Jones/1960 intersection. read more

If that was case I might as well order off the menu. I don't pile it on, I get a little at a time e since the bar has a lot of items. But I have never been told that before and I been going to this location since 2003. If it's a new policy post it on the door or the salad bar, post it on website. Let customers know. Yesterday I went to Jason Deli FM 1960 and Jones Rd. The drive thru person was very friendly, engaging, and providing the best customer service . I purchased Ranchero Wrap with chips and salsa. Jason's use to be top notch on food quality and service. They have really fallen to the bottom of the bucket. I have been coming to this particular location ever since they first open their doors and until recently never had a bad experience. Now it seems I can't have even one good experience. It seems several other patrons have the same issues at the same time I do. As they voice their complaints and no one in charge seems to be concerned. I have ordered a bowl of soup several times. I get the soup, one napkin, one spoon and my drink cup. No bread or crackers. If you get crackers off the end of the salad bar the manager comes out to chastise you. If you ask your server for crackers when they bring the soup. Obviously I don't think she ignores me. I think maybe she doesn't understand English. The manager actually told me if I wanted crackers. In order to get them I would need a glove before I can get the crackers from the salad bar. And then she firmly added the only way to get the plastic gloves is to pay for a salad bar. Another couple at the same time had exactly the same response. I have ordered a managers special on several occasions and they bill for the individual soup and salad instead of the combination. I would venture to say the last 10 times I have been in this location near the intersection of Jones and 1960 had been a very discouraging visit. I am not one to give negative reviews. But there does not seems to be anyone at the location in charge with common sense. And Jason's was such a pleasurable place before. read more

I tried the drive-thru during Lockdown. The lady who took my order was patient and verified my order perfectly when I drove up and handed me my receipt right away. She gave me back my card and asked me to pull up and she will deliver to me soon. Some people behind me got my order before me. But the young lady did come as fast as she could. I gave her the signed receipt. The sandwich came in a nice cardboard clam, and the croissant was crunchy. The flavor was really good with green onion. The provolone tasted good as well and even melted on the outside of the sandwich. I felt seven dollars for this sandwich was a little pricey. I think it would've been better to make it a more fair price and allow us to leave a tip when we make card payments. Based on this experience I would still come back. Enjoy! read more

So tonight we ordered Jason's deli through Uber eats. I hate to admit, I am a frequent DoorDash and Uber eats person. And without fail, something was wrong with my order. This time the strawberry shortcake my mother-in-law wanted was not included. I did pay for it but it was forgotten when they were packing up the order. Now this happens often at every restaurant I order from not just Jason's. And I will almost always call, Talk to the manager and ask them to instruct their people to double check their orders, a little QC never hurt anybody before sending them out. I came in today to try the all you can eat salad buffet. The cost is $7.99, but you can add a bowl of soup for a $1.69 more. I ordered the chicken pot pie soup, which was very creamy with the vegetables normally found in a chicken pot pie. The crust was a where properly cooked filo bread. it was quite tasty, my only comment is that it could have used a bit more chicken. The lettuces were fresh-cut romaine, spring mix and baby spinach. There were the usual condiments including real bacon bits and real cheddar cheese. The two types of potato salad was delicious, and I like the addition of hard boiled eggs as a choice. With these ingredients, I made a version of cobb salad. At the end of the bar, there was a choice and salad toppings including nuts, raisins and sunflower seeds. Also noteworthy, they had several selections of crackers and mini cornbread muffins and brown muffins. I only needed one trip to the salad bar and the bowl of soup to make a satisfying meal. The salad bar is not to be overlooked, even though it is moderate when compared to locations specializing in salads. But I was in charge of ordering a large amount of deli boxes for 2 special events for 2 weekends in a row. The staff and quality of food way exceeded my expectations. It was not only delivered exactly when I needed it to be, but every last detail was perfect, even down to what kind of chips I needed it to be. The managers went out of their way to confirm the order and ensure it was done just as we needed it to be. Everyone was so happy with what thy received, every single box was exactly as we ordered it!!! I created the order on-line and invited my meeting attendants to place their own lunch order on it. Each of them got a neat little e-mail from Jason's deli with specific instruction for doing so. Great idea right? Well execution is POOR POOR POOR! My office is a large building with several entrances. I gave specific instruction for the correct entrance. The driver ignored it causing him to arrive late. Unacceptable! When the lunch orders arrived there were no names on the bags even though there is a space specifically printed on the bags for names. Lazy ass employees! The names were right there on each order!!! Unacceptable! One of the orders was leaking and got all over everyone else's lunch. Unacceptable!
