Just visited this Jimmy John's today. Wanted to grab something to eat. This Jimmy John's is like most stores. The menu is the same but the only difference really is that this store is slightly more expensive than the most.... Little John at most places is $ 2.99, they charge $3.49 before taxes here. I am a teacher. I have a specific time that I can eat lunch. The food arrived an hour after I ordered it, which meant I did not have time to eat lunch. When I called to complain, I was told they were busy (as if I am not busy). I was offered a $5 credit. When I balked at that, I was offered a $8 credit. I would have accepted it, except the manager(?) continued to tell me how the deliveries were sometimes slow because they had to deal with customer complaints like mine. Huh? Is that my fault? You don't want to deal with complaints, then do a better job. After she told me that she hung up on me! I was extremely disappointed, as I order from this place frequently, as does the rest of the school staff. Considering how much money this place makes from my school, I would think they would have been a lot more courteous and understanding. read more

Is it to much to expect that when you place a mobile order, to make it easier to have your $9 sandwich customized, that it be done correctly? Apparently it is for the location. All I asked for was easy mayo, easy Jimmy's mustard, extra lettuce, regular cucumbers and the sandwich be cut in half. The ONLY thing that they got right was the cucumbers. This was the second and LAST time to order from this location (and yes the first time the order was wrong). One more thing, how does the Jimmy John app determine delivery area? Mapquest shows I'm 4.2 miles from this location but the app says I'm out of their delivery area. I'll stick to my favorite Jimmy John's in Wheaton on Butterfield Rd where they know how to get an order right. read more

I rarely come in; my orders are usually done online. Super convenient. I've been able to order food while trapped under a sleeping toddler, while making other phone calls, and in the dr office waiting room. I like being able to order for a certain delivery time. I've also used their online system for pickup on my way into work. They've always been on time, my order is always right. The one time they forgot something they brought it over right away. The handful of times I've been inside its clean, staff is friendly. Music is a little loud but Im usually just running in and out. I guess that's the only negative? Otherwise awesome location and staff. read more

I enjoy there Sandwich's and their quickness when you go to their location... last week we had a get together at my house and thought of them and their delivery service, I was ready to place a very large order for delivery and they asked for my address , they told me to hold and a minute later said they can't deliver to my address . I was in disbelief because I live right down the street 4 to 5 minutes away at best on Black road . They said it was not the n their delivery area. It's further away in the other directions, don't understand that. I guess rules is rules. We ordered 16 sandwiches from Merichkas instead. read more

I love this Jimmy Johns!! Every other Jimmy Johns location that I've been to I've only tried the bootlegger club. Well this past visit the guy who helped me gave me a punch card where you get a free sandwich after so many purchases. I'm gonna try them all! I will not use this location again. A few weeks ago I ordered five sandwiches two drinks two bags of chips and a cookie for delivery. What showed up was three sandwiches one bag of chips, one drink and a cookie. I told the delivery driver right away that there should be 5 sandwiches he looked through the bag and said there's only three and he compared it to my receipt which showed 5 sandwiches should have been there. He told me to just pay the bill now and then call the store and they would send him back with the sandwiches. When I called the store back the gentleman that answered gave me a hard time was very rude on the phone and seem to not want to believe me so I told him to ask the driver because the driver was aware. He then asked me what sandwiches I was missing and I told him I didn't know for sure because the three sandwiches were not marked and they were for company who had not arrived yet so I didn't feel comfortable opening them up. Because he was so rude to me I also mentioned that I was missing a drink and a bag of chips that had not been on the receipt. So he told me he would charge me for an additional drink and Chip and they would remake the sandwiches that were missing. Again I told him that none of the sandwiches were marked and some of the sandwiches were the same sandwich just a variation. So he told me to return the three sandwiches he gave me to the driver and he would make the order again and I would have to pay for the chips in the drink. So I said okay. When the driver came back he had five sandwiches I paid for the chip and the drink and then gave him another tip because it's not his fault. When my guests went to open their sandwiches two of the five or wrong. At this point I was extremely annoyed so I called the store back let them know that two of the five sandwiches were made incorrectly and the guy very ignorant Lee said which too I'll give you a refund. I have never left a bad review before, but this time the treatment I received really bothered me. read more
