There was no greeting or acknowledgment. When I asked if I could place a to-go order, he said, "Give me a moment, I'm busy," in a way that felt dismissive. Thankfully, an older woman with short hair stepped in and helped me. She was very sweet honestly the reason this isn't a lower rating. The food was okay. The fries were pretty bland, and the bun was a bit soggy, likely from the egg yolk. Overall, nothing terrible, but nothing that would bring me back.

They were giving away a FREE Little Hat Burger when wearing Burnt Orange. Parking was a bit challenging to find because there was a crowd there for the promo. The place was very busy and the line was very long, but the staff was friendly and efficient in keeping the line moving when taking orders. It took some time before I received my burger because of all the orders. The free Little Hat burger was very tasty and I got my burger with cheese and added all the toppings. This restaurant also has amazing tater tots that are fried crispy with just the right texture. The restaurant has a playscape on site that is always popular with family and children. The salads are great, but sometimes the salad is a full container and sometimes it's half empty. -The service here is just service, but barely. Half the time, there's no one at the register. They really want you to use the kiosks so they don't have to interact with the customers. The drive-thru is just as bad. Someone will be at the window to hand off your food, but they immediately disappear so it takes a while to get your order fixed if something is wrong with it. Overall, they really don't seem to care. They're more focused on their social media presence and app then the customer experience. There are much better options in this town.
