Ordered twice from 312 Pearl St, La Crosse, WI 54601 for delivery week of June 27th. Both times delivery was late by at least 30 minutes or more. When called the store each time person was unwilling to help or provide helpful information. Never offered to do anything to compensate for the late delivery. Was told that they cannot do anything because delivery is delivery. NOT "FREAKY FAST"!!! Such false advertising. Shame on you Jimmy John's!!!! read more

Third time my order was wrong at this location. This time I got all the way home before realizing. Went back in and one of the people working all the sudden becomes Inspector Gadget, and doesn't believe me that my sandwich was wrong. Ordered 2 sandwiches to the hotel at 7:30 p.m., for their claim of "freaky fast" it took 45 minutes to deliver the order a total of 600 ft. !!!! A knock on our door, we opened and a bag of food is in the floor and the delivery person is gone. I couldn't give him a cash tip and I couldn't ask where the bottle of water, I paid for, was? I recently moved to La Crosse for work, and I work less than 1.5 miles from this location. In the 5 or so times I've ordered for delivery, only one time did it arrive in less than an hour. No idea how it takes so long. Be sure to order at least an hour before you actually want it. I've had JJ's from many other locations and never had it take as consistently long as this one takes. I don't usually order a drink from them, but I did today, and that was a huge mistake. My cup was literally packed so tight with ice that I couldn't take drink without sucking up ice. There was probably only 10 oz of soda in there, if that, for a 22oz drink that cost $1.75. My mistake for not spending that on an actual 22oz soda from the vending machine. The last three times I have ordered lunch from here the order was wrong and SLOW SLOW SLOW. 45 minutes or more. Not only slow but wrong sandwich, regular drink rather than diet. I got a small cucumber and bacon on a white bun and ordered a Turkey Tom on wheat???? When I called and complained they say they were sorry and said they had some order mixups and offered to bring me a new sandwich. I couldn't even eat the first lunch because it came so "freakishly SLOW". Most people have a lunch break but not as long as it takes these guys to deliver the wrong food. They are getting slower and slower and can't seem to get an order right. I would avoid this place if you have limited time. If you want a "pot luck" sandwich and don't care what kind of sandwich you get (regardless of your order) then you will love it!!! read more

For a restaurant that openly boasts of "freaky fast delivery" it was very disappointing to receive our order nearly 2 1/2 hours after we placed the order. We called multiple times and heard the same response that they only had one driver and we were next. Once we received the order, it was not even correct. We only ordered three sandwiches and in 2 1/2 hours they could not get it right. When we contacted corporate we were passed on to the franchise owner who blamed the current market for employees and only having one driver. I recommend them much more over Lindy's. The hoagies are a good size and I will regularly leave full, plus they are FAST (yes I know that's part of their thing). I will alternate between their california sub and their bootlegger sub and they're both pretty darn good. (I wish there was more guac in my cali and they never seem to have the sprouts that they offer on the menu). My roommate worked for them in a past life and he said that if you don't have your sandwich by the time you are done paying then they've taken too long. I have been to a few Jimmy's where I'm from in Memphis and this one really disappoints me. Usually you walk in and you 're greeted with a warm greeting when entering but that's not the case here. The food is pretty good and comes quick. There is a lot of options to get. read more
