I place order online, husband picks up and it's delicious every time. always get what I ordered. love the bread and fresh ingredients. So, we ordered sandwiches online and went to pick them up. When we arrived there was only one car in front of us and the sandwiches were not ready... had to wait 35 minutes, or so. The sandwiches both were missing things on them... as I took a sip of my fountain drink sprite, it tasted very funny... almost like it was mixed with toilet water (no I haven't tasted toilet water but I'd imagine that's what it would taste like). I then opened my drink and there were bugs inside of it, not sure if they were ants or something else. Absolutely disgusting!! I'm now worried to eat my sandwich knowing that there's a chance more bugs could be inside of that too!! I will NEVER return to this location. Absolutely repulsive!!! Very disappointed in value- a $14.00 combo- 3 slices of bacon 3 coldcuts with two pieces of cheese-- all on a flat bun. No lettuce no tomatoes- nothing-- very disappointed in lack of value - grossly overpriced. Oh- forgot the bag of chips and upscaled drink that made it a "combo"-- including tax and delivery fee- Total bill $17.67. for 8" sandwich. Great experience. Passed through on a road trip. Jason, the GM, came out while we were sitting outside enjoying our lunch to ask how everything was and made friendly conversation. Subs were good, made fairly quickly, and friendly customer service. All we ask for when visiting JJ's. read more

My husband and I frequent this location at least 1-2 times weekly. The manager, Jennifer, was fabulous, as always...she was trying to run her staff well, but the staff was so very slow and untrained... it appeared. Jennifer, however, was efficient and kind, as well as treating the customers with great respect. I really felt badly for her in that the untrained group seemed to be inefficient and tentative, causing her the bulk of the workload. These "newbies" were nice but unsure of their ability and seemed immature. The food is always great...but the employees are constantly new, except for the manager. The food is worth the wait, however. It is fresh and the wonderful wheat bread is the BEST! Many thanks to a job well done, Jennifer! I was excited to get a Jimmy John's in Lebanon. I've never been unsatisfied with one until now. This place is 0/2. I just chalked it up to them being new the first time. Tonight, I stopped by on the way home. When I ordered my sandwich, I was told they were out of onions. Okay, no big deal. Let me add hot peppers instead. When I ordered my drink, I was told they were out of sweet tea. Out of sweet tea or too lazy to make sweet tea? I get home and the sandwich doesn't have hot peppers and it isn't cut in half. That's fine, I have a knife, but why offer that as an option if you can't be bothered to do it? True to their slogan, the service was fast. We had catering set up around each dept and each shift. Joe advised this was not a problem and accommodated our needs and times. Every order has each individuals name on it and orders were grouped as requested. They went out of their way to ensure everyone got what they wanted and how they wanted it. I was happy as well to have a new place in town with delivery....until they stopped doing deliveries. After my neighbors and I ordered from here about 5 times they all of a sudden stopped delivering. The only excuse they could give is our delivery drivers didn't know where they were going. I mapped it out and I live 1.96 miles away. Good luck getting food from this place if you don't live next door! I will never go here again and I advise everyone else not to either. I've gotta say it's pretty bad marketing to refuse to sell to people you marketed and delivered to. read more
