Today was opening night and I was a bit worried the staff wouldn't get everything on our order correct and timely, but they knocked it out of the park. We ordered online ahead of time and made some customizations to our subs. We got there and were promptly greeted and gave them our name for the online order. Our sandwich's were ready and they packaged it in the bag and then our fries (so they weren't soggy waiting on us to get there!) Got home and our order was perfect and tasted fantastic. Fries were crispy and fresh! I'm so glad we have another good option in Madison.

no way do they clean the table off when there is lettuce all over my sandwich when i asked for no lettuce lite ranch on my bacon ranch. first time i visit the store and they failing a basic plain meat and cheese sandwich. i honestly wish i could have my money back. but for now i cannot assume this business a fav. the sandwiches are pretty good. and ive only had penn station twice, ever. one in bellevue and the one in madison. and my forst experience makes madison look like they are filthy. hence if the table is dirty. then why was the employee sitting down waitinf for customers when there is stuff to be cleaned. weird. its not a hard job at all. ive worked resturants more often times than id like.

Food was delicious and very filling! Sandwich and fries were made fresh. Everything was seasoned well. Customer service was very nice as well.

When we arrived all tables were dirty, (no customers) Team lead stated we were busy earlier. Team lead was not trained well while being very dismissive with my needs and had very little menu knowledge as such I will not be visiting this location again.

    Fries that aren't edible.

The sandwich was good, but the fries weren't fresh at all. Looks like it was thrown back in the fryer again. First time visiting and the last.

Turkey Bacon Ranch will never try this place again

As a sandwich connoisseur I can safely confirm that this is a top three sandwich of my entire life. The bread was lightly salted and made in house. It was absolutely delicious as was the chicken Caesar salad within the sandwich. my only regret is that I didn't have twice the amount of stomach space to eat two of these sandwiches. I plan to be back every Wednesday that I can to have the sandwich over and over again because it was just that good. They also had incredible olive oil that I tried with their homemade bread. It was also amazing. Highly recommend trying out the Calabrian chili olive oil that they have.

The bread is cooked perfectly, crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside. Took the sandwiches and walked over to get a slice of pizza for some of our party. The clam slice was a big hit. Sicilian pepperoni was very good. Service was fabulous. They sell great products as well. Glad we found this gem as we will be back for sandwiches, bread, pasta, deli and of course pizza slices. The special with slices and wine and beer are great deals.

I ordered the Chicken Parmesan sub, and it was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. The chicken was super tender, packed with flavor, and the sandwich was huge. I only made it through half and ended up eating the rest later that night. It was just as good the second time around. My wife had the Spicy Italian, and she loved it. The sweet pickles on it really made the sandwich stand out and gave it an awesome flavor. The atmosphere was really cool and felt very authentic. They also have a grocery section where you can buy authentic Italian sauces, pasta noodles, and other items, which was a nice touch. The only thing that surprised us was the fountain drinks being $5 each, but they do come in a souvenir cup. If you're looking for an amazing sub sandwich, I highly recommend Little Hats. The food was fantastic, the staff was friendly, and Germantown itself is a great area to walk around and explore. There are tons of cool places nearby. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in Nashville. I'd give this a 5 out of 5 stars.

We went to the Germantown location, which has a huge, really nice patio and a bar area. We ordered at the counter and didn't get any drinks, but I definitely want to come back and spend more time checking out the retail section because it looked great. I got the chicken Parm sandwich, and while it was good, I felt like it needed a little more flavor. I'm probably a little picky with Italian delis since I'm from New England and have had some really great options, so my expectations were high. I think I need to try another sandwich next time. My sister got the soup, and it came in a big bowl and was really good. Overall, everything was solid, but I did think it was a little expensive for a takeaway deli. We spent around $40, which felt a little high for what we got. I will definitely come back for the patio. It seemed dog friendly, and I'm always looking for new spots to bring my pup. The atmosphere is great, and I'd like to come back to try more of the menu.

I did not anticipate the food to be so fast...but it was serve instantly as we got there. My boyfriend got pork and I ate a vegetarian option to stay healthy since the chicken I wanted was just too big for my portion preferences. And as someone who eats vegetarian from time to time...this did not bother me. My favorite parts were the beans and the mashed potatoes along with the five star customer service. We will be back in the future as they were playing my favorite Scooby doo show and the temperature was ideal.

Yesterday... J (my…read moreson): "Why did you hold up the line at Shotgun Willie's?" PAUSE! Do I seem like the type of dude that would hold up the line? I got my faults, vices, mannerisms, OCDs, lack of patience, and all that, but.... Wait a second. I got a lot (a ton) of people reading these reviews now but many readers are just people looking to see if this place is good. It's not about me, is it? I guess I should add narcissistic to my list above. I'm actually not at all. But we'll roll with it. If it makes one or two people feel better. One Week Ago... J ordered brisket with two sides and Texas toast. He told me to get the brisket. But I was thinking logically at the time and thought I could just taste his brisket while I got ribs. I got ribs because if you scroll down on the reviews, some dude from Canada said it was the best ribs he ever had. Maybe he had only tasted Canadian Ribs. I actually don't know if he's from Canada. I just wanted to say he was from Canada. But he did leave a review. As I approached the dude (and former drummer) behind the counter, I inquired about a half-and-half plate--as in 1/4 lb and 1/4 lb. Instead of 1/2 lb of brisket, ribs, or smoked chicken. I know this is a famous place with Michelin mentioning but I had never seen a BBQ place with no half-and-half. This inquiry led to him explaining what he could and couldn't do with half-and-half. I was only following at about 36% of what he said, which made me feel like I was back in 8th Grade Spanish class and the teacher said, "Cómo estuvo tu semana?" I stared back at him as if I knew what he was saying and nodded my head and played it off with: "Nah. I'll just get the ribs then. Thanks though!" So, did I hold up the line? Maybe but it wasn't intentional. As for the brisket and ribs (and other food items).... The brisket was superb. The ribs were good yet nothing amazing. The Mac 'n Cheese was very good and would probably be loved by most. The green beans were very wet. I like some things very wet but not green beans. As for the Texas Toast, it was just a big piece of white bread with no taste. The service and atmosphere were excellent. The price for two was $56. I recommend this place but not as a regular spot and for the experience. And only if you get the brisket. I don't know much about the smoked chicken because I didn't eat it. This was a cool spot for sure but our best meal when in Nashville was for $14 at a pizza place, which is the review just before this one.
