The incompetence of this place was staggering. Meals that have existed since the beginning of dairy queen and this one little dairy queen is the exception where "oh we don't have this drink that's been around for over forty years and at every location" and the the basket apparently doesn't include gravy which is literally does. Service is a dumpster fire. Super slow messes up the order, then to top it off the staff made an ice cream cone for a pick up order sat it out and let it melt and didn't fix it or make a new one or anything. Management is practically nonexistent otherwise you get shot. Oh and the cashier can't charge you correctly. read more

Chili dog combo was hot and delicious. My mobile app would not allow me to get a dipped cone deal but they did honor it at the counter. This place has great customer service and the manager is a friendly and nice gentleman. I live close to this location and do enjoy their treats occasionally. read more

Plenty of parking. Staff is always kind. Food is good and hot. Always busy. We usually get ice cream but every now and then we get chicken.

Went thru the drive thru at 7 pm on a Wed evening and ordered 2 mini blizzards. Two cars in front of us, so I figured it should be a pretty quick trip. Ha. Sat at the window for almost 20 mins watching 8-10 employees put order after order at the drive up counter for caress behind me, yet no one filling my order as I waited at the window. .. and then was asked to pull forward. For ice cream. At Dairy Queen. Not like I even ordered hot food. Finally got my order, the drive thru line now wrapped around the building and blocking the side exit... what a mess. I called the store and asked for the manager...wanting to make sure they were aware of how the drive thru was being handled. She proceeds to tell me they had some big orders. I explained I had been waiting and watching orders be put for cars behind me (only to melt) while I waited... she told me to have a good night and hung up on me when i asked her name. I have seen cars wrapped around the building every night as I just live up the road. I always thought they must do a booming business. Now I see they just have poor management. read more

This store deserves 5 stars! The employees are pleasant and the manager is on top of it! I door dash and went in 2 times and my order was ready for me both times. I will accept door dash for this restaurant and others... Panera is good, Burger King on the west end, McDonald's west end, Chili's fvhts, Mcalisters fvhts, all great service!! read more

I have been to this dairy Queen a lot of times but tonight was one of the worst interactions I have ever had with a employee horrible customer service and rude trying to tell me that my gift card is not a gift card it has to be activated by a cashier's but in this employee eyes no it was not a card with any money but it had $15 on it but I don't think I will ever be back I have been a loyal customer for 7 maybe 10 years but I have never been so angry at someone for being so stupid she didn't even read the card just tried to tell me it was a card holder but she was wrong and I was right read more

Second time drive through has given me a parfait bagged with a lid. When I take the lid off the ice cream just runs out onto my hands, clothes, and the car upholstery. Used to be a regular customer but not any more. Since I couldn't stop the spillage, I couldn't eat it. Ridiculous! read more

They must have had an employee there that just didn't care and decided to leave a soggy small cup inside of my husband's large blizzard, making it a potential choking hazard. Only writing a review because DQ gave away free cones today for their anniversary. I thought they would be this tiny micro mini sized cone but they were a decent size. My fiance is lactose intolerant so I ate the ice cream mountain off his and gave him the cone part. I never have to worry about him eating my ice cream at home. LOL! read more

We are regulars, and normally everyone is super nice. Tonight we met Austin. He coughed at least twice in our vicinity. I think it may have been fake coughs for effect. We caught him looking at his phone twice. He took our orders. My husband thanked him to no response back. We sat down and I mentioned someone had a chip and he knew who I was speaking of. Austin then approached with our tray and I thanked him nicely, to him responding without a word and walking in a slump away from us. This store has been out of chocolate ice cream for over 2 months. they are consistently out of things. They lock the doors 10 minutes before they close. they close the DT 15 minutes before they close even if you are sitting there waiting to order. I live 1/2 mile from this store and vist about 2 times a month, and same crappy service ever ytime. I use to go 1 or 2 times a week. read more
