If I could leave a zero star review I would. This was the WORST experience I've had with a food restaurant ever. I placed an order for delivery through the app and spent the next hour and a half calling them to let them know my delivery location was wrong through uber (even though I entered it correctly), talking with the uber driver to see if he could still deliver it-which he did even though he can get in trouble because he was going to the "wrong" location according to uber. I then called Jimmy John's back to let them know what happened and all the response I got was "Yeah some of deliveries have been funky today". My lettuce was rotten and they added it to my sandwich. It is clearly brown. Would you want to eat brown lettuce? I picked it off and ate the sandwich. I also called the store and spoke with a manager. When I asked for her name she said she was not comfortable given her name out. Offered me a credit. I told her no thank you. I did not need a credit since I won't be eating there again. read more

The food was delicious and the customer service was amazing. They were very kind and quick with my meal

They gave us just a loaf of bread no meat no cheese no vegetables nothing just bread.

Drive thu is painfully slow. One car ahead of me and after 15 mins i ended up leaving before ordering. This is the second time this has happened in a month. Went across the street to Jersey Mike's. I don't know how this place stays open . read more

Freaky Fast? More like Freaking Ridiculous. I keep trying and trying and for God's sake this location keeps disappointing. One time my delivery took over an hour, next time my custom order was completely ignored and then this time, I ordered ahead to pick up, went through the drive thru and was told "it's going to be a while". Went to the window to say we had a mobile order and the kid at the window was just sitting there while other people were making sandwiches. There wasn't even anybody else in line. Extremely disappointed with the management at this location. I've ordered online from here a couple of times to have them deliver food for my husband for lunch and have encountered no problems..... until today. My husband called me an hour after I had made the order asking me where his lunch was so I called the store to see what was going on and the manager I spoke to was rude, disrespectful, and interruptive. The very short, abrupt answer she gave me was that the driver dropped it off and she didn't have any new drivers so there shouldn't be a problem but she would send the order back out. I was not given an estimated delivery time and I can't utilize the order tracker since it's not a new order. I understand that times are hard and trying to manage a restaurant in the middle of a pandemic is a daunting task but if a person is unequipped to handle their role of authority under their day today pressures maybe, just maybe, they shouldn't be in that role of authority. Rude. So rude. **Edit. Wow so I made this review like 10 minutes ago and I'm already editing it and changing my star to a 1. I called to speak with the manager because my husband called me back and said that they refused to deliver his food and that the manager kept hanging up on him and would not answer his phone calls anymore. So I called to ask for her name, the area managers name, and the store number so I could call corporate because she was waaaay to emotional to deal with customers and she refused to give me the information and hung up on me. I'd give zero stars if I could: This place always takes over an hour to deliver your food and when you call to check the status they are rude and refuse to refund you if their driver is already in route. Don't order from this location seriously, it's a guarantee that you will regret it. read more

This Jimmy John's is just different than the others. They have improved the customer service, but there is something off about the ingredients. I didn't notice it until I went to a different JJ's in town. I had just gotten used to subpar toppings. When I had fresh lettuce, tomatoes from another shop I realized that this location isn't as good. read more

One star is generous based on customer service. We walked in and before the door closed the girl at the counter making sandwiches hollered across the restaurant in front of everyone, 'just so you know your going to have a long wait." We could see them making box lunches so we were aware of them being busy. We left as quickly as we entered. Making sandwiches is not rocket science or warrants getting upset with the customers coming in. Maybe that is why your site rates one star. We were at your site Thursday 5/28/22 at 12:30. If I was the manager I think I would have a little discussion with my staff about handling the time factor at the register. The customer can then make the decision to stay or go elsewhere. read more

Worst place to go slogan is freaky fast should be slow as hell. Always spent 10 minutes in line with no one in there ordering order a number 4 got nothing but bread and Turkey did not have time to go back as I was on my 30 minute lunch and spent 10 minutes waiting. We ordered 2 sandwiches took an hour to get them!. Finally got them and the bottom of the bread was so hard I could've knocked my husband out with it. Called and told them this sent over another sandwich! Same fucking think bottom was rock hard. Will never eat there again. read more

I love Jimmy Johns and I always order delivery from this location and I've rarely had any problems but today when I ordered my normal. I sent in my order and within 10min they notified me that my order was on its way. Let me add that I only live a mile away from the location so it should take 5min to a max of 10min for my order to be delivered. It took 22 min for them to drive one mile and when I finally got the order it wasn't even right. Very disappointed read more
