When ordering food through the app food is mostly correct, but a few times. When going into the location and ordering food workers can almost get it correct. Most of the time I have a great experience but today was a little off. Let me say that everyone there was very nice, but after greeting and asking what I would like they all started to complain amongst themselves. I understand there are always going to be rough days, but when assisting customers I would not have expected to hear about drama that is happening with the workers. After telling the worker what I would like to order it was handed off to another worker for toppings. I asked for O&V on the side and because they were complaining the entire time O&V was placed on my sandwich. Not a big deal at all it was still delicious, but someone just not paying attention to a customers order which was a little rude. After sandwiches we're done being assembled and bagged the person checking me out was told several times what I had ordered, I did not mind telling them, but again because they were complaining and not paying attention the worker asked me what I had ordered. I understand everyone has bad days but please put customer's first. read more

In early 2025, Jersey Mike's was taken over by Blackstone, a ruthless private equity company. At about the same time, there was major staff turnover at this store. What hasn't changed (yet): Compared to other sub shop chains in Omaha, Jersey Mike's has better and fresher ingredients, and the sandwiches are larger. They also cost a lot more. Ordering is a dilemma, especially if you want several sandwiches made your way instead of Mike's Way. You can give all the istructions up front, in which case some of them will be forgotten or miscommunicated. Or you can supervise each step, which can be an extreme exercise in multitasking. What has changed this year: There seem to be more employees, but they're less customer-focused. The woman who took my order on the last few visits appears demoralized and becomes visibly frustrated, if not hostile, if I don't place my order in *exactly* the way she prefers. On my last visit, she directly ordered the sandwich-maker to disregard my instructions. I hope she finds a job where she can be happy and were she doesn't drive off customers. Prices have increased and discounts have become less generous. Private equity seeks short-term profit over customer satisfaction or loyalty. There have been changes to the menu and decor which haven't impacted me. The menu numbers for the items they still carry seem to all be the same. read more

Jersey Mike's is probably my favorite sandwich shop! The sandwiches are massive and the "Mike's Way" option hits the spot. We have always had good service at this location and the restaurant is always clean. I personally like the #9 Club Deluxe, add mayo and bacon to it, trust me it's good! read more

Decided to give Jersey Mike's a try ! I was working and needed something quick and tasty. This did the job. The service was great. Friendly and fast. The place was clean and inviting. I tried the supreme club, and it was delicious. I usually stick to an Italian type of sandwich. But this was a nice switch up. I got it Jersey Mike's style as well. I was impressed. I went to Jersey Mike's this evening in Papillion to order a cold sandwich. I had a busy night I didn't have time to cook. When I arrived a young man told me that they were closed. When I told him it was 8:48 PM, his reply was oh, OK. I told him not to worry about it and headed for the door. He didn't want to try to stop me and say I will make a sandwich for you. I realize it was almost closing time, but my sandwich would've been simple to make. I worked in Foodservice all through high school & college and we never turned away, anybody even if they walked in a minute before we were closing. If you want a great sandwich Jersey Mikes is where it's at. Fresh veggies and quality meats and cheeses are provided at a top level. Unfortunately the G.M. and the A.M. are related. This is nepotism at its finest. You can hear them bitch and moan about family stuff. Not your family, but their own family. In that time they proceed to berate each other. This makes them intolerable to talk to. Nobody is safe. From employees to customers. Everyone is equal to listen to their crap. Jersey makes a good sandwich. If you sign says open to 9pm, then ýour employees should be ready to serve up to 9pm. Arrived in the parking lot at 845pm. Gave my brother my otder. He opened their door at 850pm and was told they were closed. Called to complain today, spoke with a lead who said he worked last night and remembered my brother. He said their clocks are fast, but eventhough fast, once they show 9pm they are not allowed to serve customer. If you know your system is fast why not correct? Change your sign do not accept orders after 830pm. Physically lock your doors so a customer cannot enter at 850pm. Turn off your lights, put a closed sign on your door, since you already put up the ingredients, had the floors mopped with chairs on top of tables. Utterly disappointed in the LACK of customer service and responsiveness. And people wonder why do businesses fail, they fail when they don't live up to the standards they set. read more

Had a bad experience my first time around with this particular restaurant and was in no hurry to return. That being said, after posting my experience on Yelp, I was immediately contacted by the owners within 24 hours seeking to rectify the situation. The response of Jeff (owner) to my post really says something positive about the ownership of this particular franchise. Jeff apologized for the issues experienced and offered to sit down with me over a free lunch to discuss the concerns voiced in the review. Management's attention to customer concerns and his response is worth 4 Stars in and or itself. I kindly declined the offer due to being out of town, but upon returning decided to give the restaurant another go. Restaurant was clean upon entering, no dirty tables to be seen. Greeted twice while standing outside the line deciding what I was going to have. Decided with go with a cold sandwich today. Got the #13 (Italian). Still a little bit of a hold up as there is only one person making the sandwich. I think this is how all Jersey Mikes run their line. Simply not as efficient as one would see with another sandwich chain like Subway. Went with the combo meal which includes chips and a drink. Total price was just under $11.00 dollars. Sandwich was pretty decent with a good amount of meat present. Upon checking out, also handed a coupon by the cashier for my next visit. With the purchase of any sub, the coupon allows you to get chips and a drink for free. That is an outstanding bargain. This is only good at the Papillion and Bellevue locations. So, overall, a much better experience. read more

Very disappointed in tonight's visit. None of the employees where wearing the usual hats which was concerning and the employee that topped my sub was constantly touching and moving her mask, WITH HER GLOVES ON. ( she also got a bunch of mayo on her mask in the process so that was odd ) Good food but the service was absolutely horrible especially during a pandemic (Edit review) When getting home, I opened up my sandwich which I was hesitant from eating because of the employee constantly touching her face with her gloves. Jim and Mike had the same issues I had last week. Two employees in the store. I was the 3rd person in line of 4. The staff couldn't figure out any method to their madness of who was taking the order, cooking the food, or cashing out. The guy had to write down the order of the person in front of me which was laborious. You would think he was writing an essay. Then, he started cooking. He had no intention of taking another order until that one was cooked. The girl just stood there and moved from the register to the grill. But really did nothing. We love Jersey Mike's but this is one of the worst locations for that chain. There is never enough staff to take orders, make food and cash out customers in an efficient manner during peak times. This results in chaos , longer waits and sandwich not up to quality. We have gone a few times hoping our previous bad experience was just random yet each time we have a sub par experience. Our latest experience was a pickup order that they claim they never received when we went to pick up however charged my card still. When contacting the store to resolve and have my money reimbursed they did not respond. Skip this location and head to a better Jersey Mike's location. read more

I review a lot of sandwich shops, probably because I eat a lot of sandwiches. I would rate Jersey Mike's in Papillion as pretty good, but not quite great. The service was slow, and I think that the place may have been understaffed when I was there, so I don't want to blame the kid making the sandwiches, but she seemed lost in despair at the thought of 4 people in line. I suppose it might seem daunting. The two sandwiches and 1 wrap I ordered all tasted fine, and the ingredients are obviously fresh, so no problem there. I suppose I would call them a little overpriced, but not bad. I think you can find better sandwiches for a little less at other places. I'll probably be back and will update the review if necessary. read more

Jersey Mike's is one of my favorite sub shops in Omaha. The roast beef is especially good. The Italian is another one worth trying here. The meat is much fresher and tastes better than some of the more popular chains. That said it tends to be a little on the expensive side. read more

First time and was buying for the guys packing up our house. Got 2 giants and 2 regular which was $45. No drinks or chips. Quite pricey for cold sandwiches. But with that said..they do cut fresh deli to order and you can customize what you dont want. Standard come with red wine vinegar and oil..adds flavor! We finally got around to checking this place out. I like the friendly service. They were very helpful especially when I told them it was my first time here. They recommended the Italian cold sub as everyone's favorite which came with about every Italian meat you can imagine. It was very good. I like that they have 3 different sizes available for some of their sandwiches. I got the smallest size and it was just right. My husband got the number 46 hot cheesesteak upon their recommendation and liked it as well. He said it wasn't his favorite he ever had, but it was decent. A drawback here is they carry Pepsi products. Yuck. We don't frequent sandwich places all that often, but they did have an interesting menu for a sandwich place and we agreed there were a couple of other things on the menu that we would return to try including a couple buffalo chicken items. read more

I went into this establishment to order subs for my fathers bday because he loves Jersey Mike's! When we walked in there was a female employee sitting down eating. Once we got closer to the counter she got up and went behind the counter and stood by the register with a piece of her food in her hand. She ate the food and went over to place some gloves on her hands. ( employee did not wash her hands) My father went to place his order with a different female employee that was behind the counter. She asked him what kind of bread he wanted and he stated he would like a number 13 on rosemary Parmesan. There was a piece of bread on the counter she picked it up and sliced it. I then asked her if she could give us a different price of bread because I don't know how long it has been sitting on the counter and I would like a fresh piece of bread out of the bread rack. The employee behind the register said all of our bread is fresh and continued to fixed the sandwich. I turned to my father and asked him did they not hear what I said. He in return asked her if she heard me and she then stated the sandwich isn't for her it is for you. He said I don't want that. She instantly got an attitude. I in return asked for a manager. Both young ladies ignored me. I stood there until the gentleman that was in the back came to the front and I asked him if he was the manager. He said no but how can I help you. I explained to him what was going on and I then asked for the manager name and a phone number. He said that he could call his manager. At this time a caucasian gentleman came in and was listening to what happens and when he got his sandwich fixed the female told him "the sandwich is on the house because you have to listen to this" when the gentleman walked passed me I asked him did he get a free sandwich he stated he did and that he hoped we got some resolve because what was happening wasn't right. He then gave me an elbow bump and left. As I was standing there a caucasian lady came in. She ordered a sandwich and the young lady again told her "the sandwich is on the house because you had to listen to this". I turned to the young lady and said you got your sandwich free to she stated yes.The employee behind the register said leave her alone. I was shocked because I am a PAYING costumer and could not get a piece of bread from the bread rack. The gentleman who called the manager finally came to the front with the phone after telling the manager who knows what because he went to the back and had a private conversation. When he passed the phone the manager asked me "what was my problem" Me being naive started running down the evening events when I got to the part about the employee eating I stated she was eating lunch and he said "What sense does that make it is the evening why would she be eating lunch" he stated again "what is your problem" but when he said it this time I noticed it wasn't to problem solve, I was his problem. I then asked the manager for his name and he refused to give me his name stating "I don't have to give you anything what I can do is call the police" I then asked him again sir what is your name. His reply was " I don't have to give you anything what I can do is call the police and I then told him to do that if he like. I feel like they were being racist. At this point all of the employees to include the manager need some customer service training and some training from the department of health and services. I love Jersey Mike's. I'm from Atlanta and have been eating their subs for years. Their subs to me are the BEST tasting I've ever had so I was so excited to see them opening locations here in Bellevue. I always get the turkey and provolone as a wrap--Mike's Way and it is amazing. What is not amazing is how inconsistent the service and food prep has been. Some visits the sandwich is made perfectly--an acceptable ratio of meat/cheese/lettuce. Other times....not so much. To be specific---on one occasion I had to remind the person making my wrap to put the tortilla on the grill (no big deal--but his co-worker was exasperated by him as he was making mistakes left and right). This was not the first time someone had forgotten to put the tortilla on the grill and it really makes or breaks the wrap. That particular wrap turned out great. Another experience, last night in fact---my cheese was sliced so thin it had holes in it and the meat was cut from a newly opened package (cool)---but because of this I was given markedly less meat. My wrap was primarily lettuce. Further, as I bit into my wrap there were all these hard pieces of tortilla--not sure if it was stale or something happened on the grill but I had to rip a lot of it out. Also..kind of an odd complaint but their cups and lids on several occasions have had poor fit---I actually spilled all of tea in my car last night b/c the lid didn't fit snuggly on the top. One bad experience isn't worth mentioning. I love these sandwiches--but have just had countless issues. I don't ever post reviews on anything (this is my first). I am only posting this b/c I truly hope it helps the management address training issues--which is what seems to be the problem. My boyfriend and I had stopped by to grab a quick bite. I had never been to Jersey Mike's and was excited to try. I got a turkey and provolone sub, it was phenomenal! It had an amazing taste, was super fresh, and comparable to my all time favorite sandwich shop; Jimmy Johns. My only problem was the staff, they seemed to be arguing or "playful arguing" (who really knows) while we were ordering and where being super loud in the back room during the time that they weren't serving customers. While I do agree that having a fun time at work is never a bad thing, the mix of both loud music and employees who were even louder was a bit of a turn off; especially when you are a young couple (with young ears) and you still find them too loud. I like this place more every time I come. So clean, friendly and fast. Just enough variety, without being overwhelmed. The Philly Cheesesteak is my current favorite, which has replaced the meatball. Tried this place a couple months ago. Sandwich was 80% bread and 20% meat. For $13 I expected alot more. I wasn't sure if the person making the sammich just didn't portion correctly or if that was the way it was supposed to be made. I tried contacting the owner, took a month for them to get back to me. Sent me a card for a free sammich. I went in again and happen to watch them make another $13 sub for someone else and changed my mind on getting the same thing as I don't really care for bread. I ended up getting a wrap instead. And it was better than the sammich. read more

That was my first Jersey Mike's experience an it was absolutely amazing. The service was great, everyone was pleasant ,and the place was clean. There was a lot of people there on the opening day and I anticipated a long wait, however I was pleasantly surprised how fast it all went. I got a Big Kahuna Cheese Steak and it was DELICIOUS. Went here today after 2 p.m. and was disappointed, not in the food but the the lack of keeping the store clean. Understanding the weather conditions, the store was empty, not busy but the floor was dirty and a few tables. Staff needs to be attentive to a clean environment which was not present today. read more
