A really nice experience here today. I ordered two #6 sandwiches, each with several customizations. I was happy to see that they had labeled the sandwich wrappers so we didn't have to guess. Both sandwiches were perfectly made. Mine was the best JJ's sandwich I hive had for some time, and I visit many different locations when traveling. Ordered a pick up in the app but also ordered an additional sandwich when I got there. Employees were friendly but I was surprised I didn't get a notification that my mobile order was ready. My main complaint is the lack of meat on the turkey tom. For $7 bucks you would expect meat to at least cover the sandwich. read more

BEWARE!!!! Will void your order and not PROCESS a REFUND!! Well had eaten at this location several times while in town for work. Workers were great and friendly very visit. On my last night in town I placed a order on the JimmyJohns app. It let me picked pick up as soon as possible. Got a call from a worker at location at 8:10 pm saying that they closed at 8 now and my order was voided and when I asked about refund said it would take 3-4 days. Well today is day 7 and no refund so I called location asked to speak to manager. I was informed that it was voided on there end which obviously I already knew and that it takes 3-4 days. I told her it was day 7 and she told me if I would have to bring a bank statement in to get a refund. Like what the hell are you crazy you really think I'm going to bring my personal bank information in for you to look through. To get my refund or drive over a 100 miles for a $16.57 refund NO I will not. I've called corporate and plan on making a complaint to BBB over this BS. It's not my fault your location decided to change its hours and not let corporate know to update hours on app. Manager was very smug and acted as if I was trying to rip them off or something. Anyways called bank filed a dispute and will do remainder when I've got more time and after corporate reaches back out if they do. I honestly don't even know where to begin. We're the stupid ones -- we go back, hoping it's better the next time. It isn't. Freaky good ... freaky fast? I think not. It is remarkably slow anytime we order there. The drive-thru has been broken for weeks, so you have to go inside. Today, the fountain machine had no ice and the only resemblance our drinks had to the cherry coke we thought we were putting into our cups was that they were liquid, brown, and slightly sweet. The cherry coke was flat and flavorless. We ordered 5 sandwiches -- 2 came out on the wrong bread. All had rotten lettuce. My husband asked for "tons" of pickles and got 6. The sandwiches that were supposed to have oil and vinegar and oregano-basil may or may not have had any. We couldn't taste any. If this were McDonald's, we'd expect this kind of service and quality. Jimmy John's should be better. We've been to other locations that are great. read more

I went through the drive-through with my boyfriend and ordered two sandwiches and a bag of BBQ chips. It was pretty slow in the line because Jimmy John's slogan of Freaky Fast means nothing now. Freaky slow! Placed an order on the app for two sandwiches, which took over 20 minutes to make. While waiting in the store they served many customers who arrived after me before finally making my online order. Seems customers who order in advance have the lowest priority. I've ordered from my JJ App for the last several years and had them delivered. Today I had such poor service. I asked for a side of Kicken' Ranch, which is an additional cost to my order. When my order was delivered, it was not in the bag. I called the store and told them it was not in my bag. They offered to bring it out to me, which was great, however, I had already paid for delivery fee, the kicken' ranch and a 20% tip. I asked if they could throw in a cookie since my order was wrong, the worker on the phone said,"You'll get your ranch, but I'm not doing that!" and hung up on me. I've stopped here many times before and food quality and service were very good. This time the service was slow and the bread stale. Worst of all I was charged 50 cents for two cups of water. When questioned I was told that the water was free but that they were required to charge for the cups. The price list did not indicate that there was a charge. Worst service ever. Ordered my food online, 40 minutes later I still hadn't received my order. I called the store and spoke to a girl who told me it should be there shortly. A few minutes later she calls my office and tells me it was already delivered. I informed her that I have not yet recieved the order and she tells me they dropped it off at the front desk. I specifically put the office number and name of the office on the order so the delivery driver would know where to go. I asked her why they wouldn't deliver it the the suite number that was on the order and she put me on hold. I work in a dr's office and had to hang up due to having patient's to take care of. I called back and asked who had signed my order since I had payed with a credit card, and she said no one needed to sign since I tipped online. I have been using the Jimmy Johns online ordering system for the past two years, always tip online, and always have to sign. I tell her that either she can refund me my money or send someone out to bring me my order, seeing as I cannot leave my office unattended. She put me on hold again, and again I had to hang up. I called down to the front desk and spoke to the girls who work there. They both said no one had dropped off any orders for Jimmy Johns, but if anyone does they will tell them to go to my suite. They too had nothing good to say about their "freaky fast" service or their customer service. I again call Jimmy Johns and this time a man answers. I tell him that I just spoke with front desk and there were no orders. He told me that even though I put the suite number on the order, there delivery drivers always give it to the front desk. I again inform him that the front desk has no deliveries. A few moments later a girl shows up with my order, apologizes that she dropped it off at a different office. She was the only one to apologize for the mistake that was made. I tell the man on the phone that she had dropped it off at another office, and he tells me he is going to get the owner on the phone since he was in the store that day. Again, I get put on hold and hang up after about 30 seconds becuase I'm at work at don't have time to keep holding. I will never order from this location again. I will order from Mancino's from now on. Better food and much better service. read more

The food is okay here, however I'd rather go out of my way and drive to goshen to get jimmy johns. The workers are always busy and friendly. The one in Plymouth is very terrible. I hear workers cursing and horsing around. I'm assuming one of the managers was taking my order and was very, very slow. I don't know if she was new or not but for two sandwiches took over five to six minutes. It was sloppy too. I will give it one more try but never going back on a Saturday night. read more
