Beware ! And be very careful with this location. I went today and placed an order and was told press yes if I wanted to tip and if I didn't want to I don't have to. Mind you my total before pulling up to the window was $44.52 and after being handed the card machine I was asked to confirm my total $120.00 I asked the cashier and she said it's the tip and she had asked if I wanted to tip or not and took machine back after I pressed the no button. Last time I was there asked me to enter my phone number on the card scanner,then asked me to scan my card with the card reader,then asked me for tip, at the drive thru. First visit in years, wanted to try again seeing the $10 meal promo. Ordered online, 2 of the meals for our lunch. Order was ready in drive-thru which was about 15 mins. after ordering from home. I knew ordering tuna was likely safe as I had just seen a YouTube showing it looking generous and tasty. And yes, it was. The hoagie soft but not as substantial as some sandwich shops. My sandwich started getting a bit moist on bottom bun but overall I'd get again. Hubby ordered the Big John which was roast beef. It literally looked pitiful next to mine, barely see the meat and even though he asked for extra veggies those too were skimpy. He said it tasted ok but thought it was odd not only skimpy but didn't include cheese. This was my second time at this restaurant. The first time, I as the only one in the restaurant. I just passed it off as my being there was just in the slow part of the day. The sandwich was descent enough and I didn't think to much about it. Eight months later I come back with my wife. Half of the menu is not available because the toaster oven is down( I found out later it had bacterial contamination). The place was empty, just like my first visit. Except this time I noticed the Chipotle restaurant next door was quite busy. This ruled out my theory. The food was the nail in the coffin. The sandwiches came with very little meat and no cheese (I realized this too later on). Instead, the bulk of the sandwich was lettuce. Lots of lettuce. My friend let me know that delivery is not an option to her place, which is less than 2 miles from this location. This seems to be a consistent theme in other reviews. I hopped online to order and was pleasantly surprised at how easy their online ordering system is. When I arrived at the location, maybe 10 min later, my order was ready for pick up. The gentleman that helped me was super friendly, huge thumbs up here. I opted for the Ultimate Pork "Unwich" (keto win after last night's fried carnage!) It was so so good.... Not only was it tasty, but it was light. I was surprised that it was not messy in the least! My friend got the beach club. Her evaluation of it was that she "didn't not like it." The staff in here doesn't care at all about the people picking up inside the restaurant. They'll ignore you completely. You have to fight to get someone's attention to give them your name, and then they'll leave your food sitting there for 20 minutes after it's ready because they don't bother to tell you they finished it. read more

Love me some Jimmy John's! But this location is absolutely awful. When ordering through the drive-through they interrupt you every time you speak, and the last four times I have gone through my food or drinks are incorrect. I love Jimmy John's so I keep going back but today was the last time. I feel like if they actually start, and paid attention to their job this wouldn't be a problem. Once or twice is understandable if it's trainees or something, but the last 10 visits over a few months and its taken longer and longer. I sat at the window a full ten minutes. I placed the order online at 1:07pm and headed for Jimmy John's expecting that normal 10ish minute turnaround. At 1:50pm when my order still wasn't ready, I went inside to inquire about the status of my order and was unapologetically told it would be at least another 10 minutes. When I asked to just cancel the order I was told I "would have to figure that out on my own". I don't see an option to cancel my order but this unexpected wait couldn't have come at a worse possible time as I am just discharging from the hospital after a major procedure. There should be a realistic expected wait time when placing your order so you can make an informed decision on whether or not to place your order. First time having jimmy Johns, the sandwich was great. I never write reviews but i literally downloaded yelp just to review this place. The service was so bad, the guy who took my order was so rude and had no patience, mind you I've never eaten here before so i didn't know what to get. He then YELLED AT ME and told me "THERE IS NO ORIGINAL", I was going to just drive off and not order but I only had 20 minutes left for my lunch break so i ordered anyways. Dont get me wrong, they make a good Italian sandwich. However, the only reason they claim to have "freaky fast delivery" is because their delivery radius is ridiculous. According to google, my home is 2.5 miles from their location, and I am "too far out of their delivery zone." UPDATE: I received a voicemail from a representative from Jimmy John's. She apologized for the error on their part and reiterated it was a "glitch" in their system. She offered her phone number if I had any other questions or concerns. She also said she would send out a coupon which she did. A couple of weeks later I got a $10 gift card in the mail. I ordered again from my iPhone and picked up the order with no hassles. The sandwiches were good as usual, and the drive-thru person friendly and efficient. I will go back to recommending Jimmy John's. I do hope they fix the computer issue since human intervention is not only a bad way to manage a system error, but it also opens they way for abuse and of course customer dissatisfaction. Went there on a Sunday afternoon with my boyfriend. As I walked in, I noticed that there were TONS of people working. I counted: 16 people. Not only was it hectic, but it was loud and overwhelming. After we ordered, I went to fill up my drink and had to wait in line behind three employees who filled up cups then went "back to work." I use the quotation marks because they stood behind the counter and threw things at each other. The worst part was that while I was half-way through my sandwich, I noticed one of the employees cough/sneeze all over a sandwich then spit into a garbage can to his side. I immediately stopped eating and left. While the staff was helpful and efficient, I was blown away when I asked for some salt and pepper to add to a somewhat meager and under-seasoned tuna sandwich - "We don't carry salt and pepper". They use to have better customer service when they first opened but the last time I went the kid at the drive through got my order wrong and added and charged me for a extra sandwich that I didn't order on my order but whatever. Having seen their commercials for years, I was ready to travel long distances to try a JJ's sandwich. Lo and behold, one opens on South Hill so I'm able to save some gas money. They're like a glorified Quiznos, only better. Calling their subs "gourmet", I was expecting diverse ingredients. My disappointment was short lived when I bit into my Italian club.
