The $10 meal deal, tuna is really good and generous unlike the meat hoagies.
    Carol H.

First visit in years, wanted to try again seeing the $10 meal promo. Ordered online, 2 of the meals for our lunch. Order was ready in drive-thru which was about 15 mins. after ordering from home. I knew ordering tuna was likely safe as I had just seen a YouTube showing it looking generous and tasty. And yes, it was. The hoagie soft but not as substantial as some sandwich shops. My sandwich started getting a bit moist on bottom bun but overall I'd get again. Hubby ordered the Big John which was roast beef. It literally looked pitiful next to mine, barely see the meat and even though he asked for extra veggies those too were skimpy. He said it tasted ok but thought it was odd not only skimpy but didn't include cheese. It's like you'd need to pay for extra meat, add cheese and make sure you get ample veggies and sauce to make it stand out. The deal included beverage, sweet treat, and chips so it's a decent deal. Not many sandwich options.. or menu options. Wish they had soups, salads.

My husband and I were going for camping and wanted something quick so stopped at this place. They were super slow and made our sandwich on the wrong bread so we had to wait even longer. I liked the ambience but would prefer Subway over this.

My friend and I decided to pick up some sandwiches for lunch as it was a hot day and it just sounded great. We decided on Jimmy John's as I had never had a sandwich from this chain. My friend let me know that delivery is not an option to her place, which is less than 2 miles from this location. This seems to be a consistent theme in other reviews. I hopped online to order and was pleasantly surprised at how easy their online ordering system is. When I arrived at the location, maybe 10 min later, my order was ready for pick up. The gentleman that helped me was super friendly, huge thumbs up here. I opted for the Ultimate Pork "Unwich" (keto win after last night's fried carnage!) It was so so good.... Not only was it tasty, but it was light. I was surprised that it was not messy in the least! My friend got the beach club. Her evaluation of it was that she "didn't not like it." Not exactly a glowing review, but her comment was that something seemed off on the avocado spread. I would definitely pick up an unwich on my next visit!

Freaky slow. 15 min. I was the 4th car in line. The sandwich was good. We went there for something fast. The joke was on us.

As a Vegas girl who was used to having grocery stores open at all hours, I'm so grateful that Tacoma boys has adopted that Vegas vibe. After all, when a girl wants to make a steak at 3am, she's gotta have a place to get one from and that's when Tacoma Boys saves the day! We also love their florals and beautiful plants that can make your porch or backyard the best of the whole block. We will always shop here and we encourage fellow Washingtonians to do the same. You'll be so glad you did!

I spent $70 on a lobster tail and $20 on "scallops" I also bought corn and some candy for my grandchildren. The lobster tail was horrible. I could only eat the very center. The sides were like rubber and I do know how to cook a lobster tail. My parents owned an upscale restaurant ..... I split the tail down the middle, pulled it out flipped it over the top put some butter and paprika on and put it under the broiler... major waste of $70 as far as the scallops go they were not scallops. They tasted like absolutely nothing they had to be punched fish. What a waste of $90 oh let me add the corn was very good and that's where it ends.

We had to bring our pup to a specialty veterinarian nearby and stopped in afterward for breakfast and to get an oil change. We walked over from Sunset Chevrolet with our injured dog in a stroller, and the staff could not have been kinder. We ordered him scrambled eggs, and they surprised him with a bacon-topped pup cup. Several staff members even came out to our table to say hello and make him feel welcome. The food was fantastic. I ordered the HOBO, and it was absolutely delicious. My spouse had the pastrami sandwich, which was just as impressive. We sat outside - which is really nice - but the inside is super clean and very welcoming. The combination of exceptional food, genuine hospitality, and how they treated our dog made this an experience we'll remember. We'll definitely be making River's Edge Cafe a regular stop whenever we're in the area.

There's a nice variety of items here, sandwiches, soups, lunch, breakfast, etc. so there's something for everyone. So as my go to guide I yelped it! And up popped Kusher Bakery. You know I had to go and today we went there. It's an Eastern European bakery, and grocery store with products from multiple Eastern Europe countries. The selections are very good and then there is the bread baked daily except on Sunday. A bonus is the fact all the fresh baked bread can be sliced for you or you can take it home and slice it yourself. Having this service is great. Dark rye, 12-grain, and others that are....... well too many and all looked delicious. There is fresh baked Lavash, soft and delicious and many of the breads were still warm and fresh. The fresh piroshki! Awesome to say the least, Chicken, Cheese, Cabbage, and Apricot were available and hot. Look you can go to the other market on 70th and get very good stuff and pay quite a lot more, or go to Kusher and get a better selection and pay reasonable prices. Yes it is smaller but bigger is not always better and having this small place is a positive. For me Kusher wins hands down. So go, look around and get some awesome stuff.
