Had an EXCELLENT experience here. I asked what was popular and was told the Deli Club or Mikes Deluxe. The Club was the employees favorite for the crunchy bacon and avocado. So I went with the Deli Club. Girls love them some avocado. $18.99 for a $13 inch sub seemed a little high priced until I saw the sandwich. Like they really mean 13"!!!! It was wrapped in butcher paper because this Sammie is so massive. It easily could feed 2 people, one of them having a large appetite! Every bite was delicious, not dry corners of bread on the edges at all. And somehow they've mastered that with each bite you take the filling actually doesn't slide out. It's freaking tasty magic!! The avocado spread must have been a tiny bit salted because best avocado I've had in a while!! Yes I noticed. I was glad I got the club because the REAL triple bacon crunch paired with the avocado and turkey was phenomenal. I even thought the shredded type lettuce worked well in this sub. And no soggy tomato slices! The Sammie was a 10/10. I only wished I lived closer so I could get a reasonably priced lunch or dinner anytime from here. Man how do the employees stop themselves from eating here all the time? I wouldn't be able to. Do yourself a favor and stop in sometime. A good Deli, the service was awesome and the young lady who helped made it easy to find good selection. Hey it's a Deli and has that Deli atmosphere. This place is a neighborhood sandwich shop. It is very busy- I recommend calling at least 30 minutes in advance if you want to get your sandwich. Otherwise you will be waiting at least 30 to 40 minutes. The reason they are busy is because it is so good. They have very reasonable price prices and the standard sandwich (9 inches) is so huge. My favorite thing to get there is the deluxe sandwich which comes with roast beef, ham, and turkey and a lot of veggies. They also have hot sandwiches although I haven't tried those but I'm sure they're great. The ambience is what you would expect for a hometown sandwich shop. Nothing fancy, but clean. I don't recommend staying there and eating. There really isn't anywhere to sit in there. There are a couple tables, although they are usually occupied by people waiting to pick up their sandwiches. They have a lot of drink options and chip options, which is always recommended when I am getting a sandwich. This is definitely my favorite sandwich shop in the area. read more

My son has deemed this the "best peanut butter and jelly" he's ever had! He says it was the perfect ratio of peanut butter to jelly and the bread with less crust was also fantastic. Visited on a busy Tuesday with friends. There was a long line but everyone had it together and the team clearly knows how to work under pressure! It looked like the bread was fresh made but this sandwich was fantastic! The balance of smokiness from the bacon with the creaminess from the avocado and the freshness from the tomatoes and sprouts made this sandwich perfect. The building itself is unassuming and white with blue trim. So if you don't know the area, gotta pay attention or you might pass it. My go to is the Catch of the Day and has been for as long as I can remember. They also have chips (not the British kinds lol) and beverages like a mini-Mart so you can extra goodies. They also have soups, pitas and salads if that's more your jam. Sometimes the soups do get sold out, so be sure to ask ahead or order that in advance. I've ordered the party size subs a few times too, and they are a hit at the parties. So don't hesitate to try MSM, they aren't called that for no reason. Lived in Pierce County for several years and we finally tried MSM Deli. Lots of choices on the menu. We chose the Mike's Deluxe and the Reuben. Both were delicious. The Mike's was huge and I got the smallest one! Reuben average size, maybe a little thinner than we expected based on other sandwich sizes. The bread on the Mike's was really good like it was baked fresh the same day. The meat tasted like good quality deli meats. The pickle spears also good and crunchy. The cookies were really really good! Started out with 2, but after tasting one, I went back to the counter and ordered 2 more! They were chocolate chip coconut, and macadamia mix. There is a very large and chips. We settled on the coke in the glass bottles, even though they had Coke and cans and plastic bottles the Coke in the glass bottles there's no comparison. Prices were very reasonable. Staff was all kind, courteous, and patient with us as we were mulling over the menu choices. We went at about 1pm and there was a 20min wait. Dining area with tables and chairs in the back. We wouldn't have known about the dining area if staff didn't tell us . We are looking forward to returning to try other menu options. read more
