Without a doubt the worst Jimmy John's I've ever had the displeasure of visiting. 0 stars if I could. JJ's is known for fast. Not here folks. On a Saturday at 3p with no one in front of you, you'd think 2 girls could make one sandwich in under 10 minutes, but boy was I wrong. They were too busy chatting it up with personal BS. Kudos to the one who said "hurry up and finish that sandwich" to Blondie. That's not it, I ordered a Vito with no onions, pretty simple right? Wrong again. She made sure to put onions on there, way too much fatty pork, and MAYO?! It's supposed to be "hand-sliced salami, capocollo, & provolone cheese on French bread, topped with fresh-sliced lettuce, tomato, oil & vinegar and oregano-basil (hold the onions)." I don't normally complain about getting too much, but why was this sandwich 8 pounds? Overboard on the meat train. Onions I can take off, but MAYO?! This is a hate crime on a Vito. I still have PTSD and feel nauseas just thinking ablegh *vomit* These people should be fired, or at least be sent back to sandwich school, Blondie clearly didn't graduate and has no business "working" here. This is the most chaotic sub place I've been in. The manager is screaming and yelling down the line with multiple customers in store. After a disappointing experience at Just LeDoux It, we left there without eating and were terribly hangry. In search of fast food @8:30 pm on Fri night and found Jimmy John's lights on. Hooray! Our sandwiches were prepared quickly and as ordered. This place saved us and "Undouxed" a bit of our bad dining experience earlier. JJ earned our patronage. read more

Can we get a "NO Star" rating option? Sad example of Jimmy Johns. Skip the rude little snots and go somewhere else in Sheridan. Placed my order for 2 sandwiches to go, one with the oil and vinegar on the side. Told they couldn't do that and had no containers. When I pointed out the sleeve of to go containers for the sauces for other things, they gave in. When they gave me my order, they just dropped the sandwiches in the counter. No bag, no napkins, no thank you. Asked for a bag which the little snot just tossed the bag toward me. Sandwiches were supposed to have extra hot peppers, actually located 3 rings on one and 4 on the other. Meat seemed much smaller portions than other JJs. Do not waste your time and money here. The food was good and as aspected, but the service was really struggling. Lots of unprofessional goofing off, and the girl taking our order was really distracted, didn't greet us upon entering, and even turned to talk to another employee while I was mid-order. This is like a Subway but with good quality products and good service, but it can NOT be compared to a PICKLE BARREL in any way! The sandwich is almost the same size but the portions are ALOT less at about 25% of what a Pickle barrel is! Once you've had a pickle barrel EVERYTHING else isnt even close! read more

I am shocked this place has such a low rating. I pretty much have quit going to Subway even though they have more variety for 2 reasons. First, their ingredients are consistently better. Second, you can get a sandwich almost instantly, whereas going the line in Subway takes at least 3 times as long and often more. You can't make up your own sandwich like you can here, but you will have a sandwich in hand in 1-2 minutes, and they ingredients will be top notch. Staff appear to mostly be friendly college age students, who are nice enough. For the person who wrote a bad review, get real, these kids are working fast food. The person who disappointed you likely worked there for a few months and either went back to school or got a different job. I ordered an 8 inch tuna sub at 12:06 pm. The girl I spoke too on the phone said the were busy and it would be about 20 minutes if that was okay. I told her I got an hour so 20 minutes wasn't that big of a deal. At 11:01 I finally got my sandwich. The driver apologized for being almost an hour late. I went against my good judgement and accepted the sandwich, mainly because I hadn't had breakfast. He didn't offer to drop the $2.50 delivery charge. I am only at the most 2 minutes away. I took the3 sandwich to the break room and to my surprise, it was not freakishly fresh but was horribly stale and it was hard to even choke down. After three bites, I called the store back and they gave me to a manger who tried to argue with me about the time even thought it was on the receipt and said he was there when I spoke to the male employee who said would be at least twenty minutes. (I spoke to a young girl) Then sarcastically he asked, "What do you want me to do about it?" This was my first visit to a Jimmy John's. Pennsylvanian passing thru Wyoming. I liked it- tried a #1 with sprouts. I liked their bread better than Subway's bread and I'm a Subway fan and regular customer. But, like a previous review stated, it's a sandwich shop like Subways. Has cute sayings on the wall to read as you eat. Some Do's and Dont's and the one I liked was...If you Do what you did, you get what you got ! read more

I am not sure how Jimmy Johns could have gotten as little tuna on the sandwich. Instead of calling it a tuna sandwich, they should all it a tuna "smear". Plenty of profit in that sandwich...all cheap lettuce, a Super thin strip of tomato, and a very thin strip of cucumber...all lettuce and bread. $24 for a lettuce sandwich, one very skimpy Vito, 3 bags of chips and 3 regular cokes...not good value for the $$$. read more
