I was told that there was no way to cancel or give me a refund and to look on the app.. so I did just that, following the prompts, to cancel and get a refund. Guess what, you have to call the store directly for a cancellation and refund. I called the store back, and was told that my order could be moved aside but not cancelled and there was no way to be refunded. I know things happen, but when they do, people should be able to cancel and get their money back.

Derek was responsive and very helpful. He spent time with me on the phone to discuss the event and made menu suggestions for what would work for the number of guests we expected to attend and he visited the site to see the space in advance of the event. On the day of the event, he arrived early to ensure that everything was set-up and ready ahead of our guests' arrival. He made two trips to our location, one for breakfast and one for lunch and he remained on-site during lunch to fill in items as needed. The quality of the food was excellent. We served a light breakfast and lunch. The breakfast pastries were baked that morning as were the cookies and cobbler bites and it was apparent in the quality. The sliders, salad and the assorted mini bites were well presented and delicious. I would not hesitate to hire them again for another event.
