Slow, confused, and incompetent workers. Ordered a sandwich for pickup and when I arrived a worker pointed in the direction for pickups. No one helped me and I ended up standing there for an additional 10min. I got their attention again, said I was there for a pick up, and gave them the name they were still confused and didn't recognize the name. My order was literally sitting there in plain view for them and they seemed to have expected me to know where it was. I had not been to a Jimmy John's until this location opened - now I go often. The sandwiches are fantastic! Much better than Subway. All ingredients taste very fresh and the bread is delicious. The service is incredibly fast, although it would be okay to slow it down a little to get a better product. Also, they don't cut the sandwiches in half and I really, really wish they would. I like this location because it is just inside the mall entrance, so I don't have to navigate the Chuck E. Cheese-like food court or go on a Lord of the Rings adventure deep inside the mall. read more

Absolutely the worst customer service. I wouldn't even give this place a star at all. The manager's greasy bleached blond hair was flailing all over the food, kicking and throwing things around. The WA state food and health inspectors need to investigate this dirty manager. Her hair should've been pulled back...away from food! I took a picture so if the owner would like to see picture I will gladly send it... she also threatened me with deleting the picture, Yelling at me in front of other customers and stalking/following me around in the mall, calling security..Mall security even thought she was a mental case! I'll make sure Jimmy John's corporate headquarters is notified about how this manager that represents Jimmy John's is yelling at customers, threatening behavior and lack of confidence! What a terrible way to represent Jimmy John's not to mention, as a manager, what kind of example is she trying to give to her employees? I really like Jimmy John's as a whole but wanted to write a review on this location because every time I have been in their customer service has been excellent. Last time I was in I ordered sandwiches but also wanted a gift card to send to my son in another state. Once they completed the gift card order the guy even went the extra step to have me swipe the card to make sure the $ was loaded on it before I left! Great job guys! read more

The two guys working there today were making crude and rude comments toward women. And by working, I mean standing around checking out the women as they walked by, cat calling them. They were slow, as no one else was in there. I walked out to leave and got a whistle thrown my way. This is a form of sexual harassment, degrading, and objectifying. Oh the service here is AWFUL. The kid working the register was so rude and barely paid attention to what we were ordering even though we were the only customers. The kid that handed us our sandwiches was also so very unhelpful. We asked for a bag and he said yeah and then continued what he was doing. Another worker (who seemed to be the only one who even cared) told us to lift up the big box and there were bags underneath that we could use. So..I never actually had my sandwich delivered, seeing as I live 1.3 miles away and they DON'T DELIVER that far. I think it's comical that I could actually walk there and get a sandwich..leave the store..then drop I piece of that terrible shredded lettuce per step on the way home...then unleash an army of rabbits to follow the trail back to jimmys, where they would breed and cause the health dept to close them down. Seriously? When they say they deliver, I'm guessing to them that doesn't mean what most people would reasonably assume, i.e within a three-five mile radius. I live less than a mile away, one exit down, and these guys say they can't deliver like it's an insurmountable distance. Do they only deliver to right next door or what? I've gotten delivery from a pizza place and a Chinese place who are in the SAME EXACT location as this Jimmy John's and their delivery guys managed to make it down the freeway for one whole exit, so I'm not sure what JJ's issue is, but I wouldn't waste my money on a 'delivery' place that can't deliver. read more

Love jimmy Johns sandwiches, except for the terrible stringy lettuce. However I think they should change their modo from "freaky fast delivery" to "freaky slow and rude delivery" it's been 30 minutes and I am still waiting for my sandwich. The kicker is that I live right down the road from the mall. Takes less than 2 minutes to drive to my house If all lights are red. I imagine I could walk to the mall and go inside but I like the convience of delivery... however this is the 2nd time they have taken forever and did not call or email to let me know it was going to take a life time. Really? If I was a kid I'd act up once we walked in this place. Even kids would recognize a mediocre (Michael Crabtree) sammich such as this. We almost turned around when we walked up to the joint and there wasn't one customer. Should have taken this as a sign and turned back while we still could. My girlfriend and I were both disappointed after paying gourmet prices for an attempt at fast food. We may have had a slightly different experience if the person taking orders had a crash course in suggestive retail, then we would have known we had options. I like Jimmy Johns sandwiches. .my whole family does. We are a sans car family and we lived 1.6 miles away so no delivery..freaking fast means not over a mile..but when we moved I realized we were exactly 1 mile per google maps!!! After unpacking all day my large crew wanted Jimmys..so I call up and give them my address and the say no! I asked why it's exactly one mile! The new explanation is it has to be less than 1 mile. They are in the mall!!! That means they're delivery area is the parking lot!!!! It's Freaking fast because they don't deliver!!!! I understood the 1.6 miles..but not the 1 mile. My family and friends were so turned off by a company who doesn't maintain they're own standards of service and pick and choose if they deliver..you lost a big order that night and we all decided to boycott and share your ridiculously dumb excuses with everyone who will listen...2 days and I've heard the same lame stories from others....good luck ..we were loyal customers. read more

Absolutely love these guys and gals! My co-workers and I order food regularly from this store and they are always quick and the sandwiches are always exactly as we ordered and expected. Our office is just across the street from them and the last several times we've placed orders with them they forget at least one item each time. Today it was the kick'n ranch (that they charge for). I called to let them know they forgot the two orders of kick'n ranch we ordered and paid for. The guy showed up with ONE ranch. I am officially done ordering from them.
