Came here for a quick meal and it's been a while since I've visited a Noodles and Company. I got their Crispy Chicken Bacon Alfredo, it was honestly a bit salty for me overall. Some pieces of pasta were underdone while others were al dente. It had some pieces of fresh broccoli in it which was nice. The crispy chicken was what was too salty making everything salty. I ordered the Chipotle Chicken Cavatappi, and my beautiful wife ordered the Lemon Garlic Shrimp Scampi. My order was really tasty, and I enjoyed it. My wife's order however, was completely lacking shrimp. I mean, it didn't have ONE shrimp. For $12 and change, what she received was a bowl of noodles and probably two tablespoons of oil. We really wanted to like our meal, but when the quality control is this lacking, I have to say unless Noodles and Company offers us a "do-over", they won't see another cent of our money, and we will get our $12 of satisfaction by steering everyone we know who asks NOT to do business w/ them. Stopped in for lunch today with my 2 daughters. Placed orders of a couple Mac & cheeses plus the chicken & prosciutto tortelloni. Service was quick. I was very disappointed in the portion size, the bowl/container for the prosciutto was less than half full. It looked like a quarter portion and not a full portion which was ordered. I did complain & took it back. The staff at first tried to say that's the right portion & I said that's ridiculous. They did add food to my order bringing the bowl up over half. The food was good & I appreciate the staff fixing the problem. If the workers were only doing their job with portion size, then never going back. I always go to Noodles and Co due to the fact that I was under the impression that I could eat the food. Come to find out that they did not disclose that there noodles are made with SOY. Even tho we had stated numerous times that there is an order that needs to be soy free. Due to the nondisclosure of this information, I have been sent to the ER for anaphylactic shock 4 times. I hope Coorperate sees this and works with their staff on making sure to look at ALL ingredients. Next time they will not be so lucky. read more

The spot was busy with to go and sit down diners for lunch so the service was rather slow. Unfortunately I think it was because they only had 1 employee doing all of the front of the house jobs (taking orders, final preparations, delivering meals, etc.). The shop has tons of places to sit while eating. The entire time I was dining I noticed several containers of cheese without lids sitting on the pickup counter. They also have a bunch of extra garnish that's not necessary, considering the kind of restaurant. Talk about customer service at a food joint, this place comes to mind. I am still just blown away by my experience eating here a couple of weeks ago. Waking in we were greeted by an extremely genuine and friendly lady at the register who was very knowledgeable and informative of the menu. I'm so tired of things being forgotten in my order, I order food online and for pickup and there's always something missing. I get it seems like it shouldn't be a big deal, but it gets annoying when it's constant. Especially when I Uber eats or door dash because I've had a long day at work and just want to relax, I'm so excited to eat and decompress. The flavor was good except that the chicken was heavily over salted. The tomato was missing altogether. The spinach was 3 tiny scraps lost in the sea of pasta. My first time here and I'll have to say I found a new favorite casual food place! I tried the pad thai with parmesan chicken and my husband tried the beef noodles. I asked for them to exclude bean sprouts because I hate bean sprouts and they were able to do that for me easily. The place was clean and staff was friendly. It can be a little pricey (9-10 for a regular bowl with meat, 6-7 if no meat) but I was able to split my bowl into 3-4 meals so it was a good deal for me! If you eat small portions per meal then it'll only amount to ~3/meal. I also think it's worth the food quality because the food tasted good and fresh. I loved the rice noodles that came with the pad Thai! Condiments and drinks are hidden behind a pillar near the back of the restaurant. There is hot sauce and other sauces available. Apparently this is a new restaurant which explains why the decor was nice with high ceilings and high tech soda machine. Me like. Parking is extremely free and easy because this is located inside a shopping center. Always a good thing! Overall I enjoyed my first visit and will come back again! read more

If I could, I would truly rate this a 3.5. The pad Thai tasted awesome, the chicken was cooked thoroughly, the veggies were crunchy, but the noodles in the pas Thai did disappoint. Of course, I understand it isn't a traditional pad Thai, but I suppose I was hoping for more. The mac and cheese was slightly above average. The cleanliness of the store was average, and the employees were friendly. My visit here was pleasant, but maybe next time I'll order something else. Do not go here for take out, you will be disappointed. This was our first time trying this restaurant so I don't know if the poor quality was from being take out or the restaurant in general. Every order, we had 5, was very dry and the noodles were very chewy and under cooked. We called the manager, supposedly GM, she did not take criticism. Said that 4 oz of sauce was normal for the serving. 4 oz of sauce for at least 2 cups of noodles is NOT enough. She did take off one dish since they made a mistake on it. read more

This is quickly becoming one of my favorite places to eat. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean and welcoming. The Alfredo MontAmore is to die for, and the cheesy garlic bread is always hot and crispy. The Wisconsin Mac & cheese is rich and delicious and I always have to get a side of it. The Thai chicken soup was not at all to my liking, unfortunately, but I'm looking forward to trying the other soups. I want to try some of the other pastas, too, but the Alfredo is so good I haven't yet! I usually order to-go and they always prepare it fast and correctly every time. Finally tried them. Sorry I did. It was room temperature and so the Parmesan on top did not melt. The lettuce in the side salad was bitter. The drink machine was broken.
