My party of 3 arrived around 5pm and decided to sit at the bar. The ambiance was casual and comfortable, very clean. Our bartender was amicable and attentive. We started off with drinks my husband and I decided on margaritas, they only offer classic no flavors but there were a few tequilas to choose from. Our cousin drinks red wine and they only offered a Cabernet so she went with that. The drinks were ok. I would not come here solely to drink since I'm into handcrafted drinks. Like most pubs they focus on beer, their selection in beers was fantastic. My husband ordered a burger and fries. The burger was huge and he said it was delicious and the fries were ok. Our cousin and I both ordered the Buffalo Shrimp Tacos. For my side I had the beer battered onion rings which came with a jalapeño ranch sauce, they were crispy and really tasty. My cousin had the coleslaw which she mentioned was average. The tacos were exactly as described but wasn't as flavorful as I was expecting, they were not bad but I wouldn't order them again. We had a great experience, customer service was stellar and if ever in town again I would come back.

First off I want to start by saying this is a good ole "down home" kind of bar / restaurant. That…read morebeing said if you know, you know. I stay next door pretty often, and I've never came in. Although I have been to waffle House, which I'm sure I reviewed prior. I came in around supper time, 6:00 p.m. or so, and it was probably at 75% capacity. I sat at the bar, after being welcomed by a local fully equipped with his own Skynyrd beer koozie!! Hahaha! They have karaoke, and they karaoke DJ spinning all the good country hits, literally emulating exactly what I play at home. Anyhow, the local that pulled my chair out essentially, told me that the "bartender sucked" But in good ole down home local fashion, she clapped right back, and obviously he was joking cuz she is phenomenal. Despite having a completely full bar, and waiting tables, she acknowledged me almost immediately. Even sat down in the bar stool next to me to take my order and chit chat and go over the menu with me. I think her name was Alicia, but regardless she was outstanding! I ordered hot wings and lemon pepper wings. They came out really fast, really hot, and really good. I kind of wish I had room to order another entree, but it filled me up. As I waited for my food, I was suddenly engulfed by an entire group of locals. Now this place, is the mature crowd, and they were so nice they sort of took me under their wing! This is the epitome of down south hospitality. I've been holding out on coming to this place for a few years now, and looking back, I wish I would have came a lot sooner. I hate using the term "vibe", But this is totally my vibe. Great food, great service, great locals, laid back atmosphere with music playing and karaoke? You just can't beat it. I have responsibilities, so I had to leave really early, but rest assured, I will definitely be back. I mean who else is going to sing Jason Aldean on the karaoke machine? Thank you skynyrd's, thank you Alicia (I hope I remembered your name right), such a great experience and I'm sorry I had to cut it short! Live music on occasion too just not this afternoon. It's a little tricky to find as you have to make an immediate right when turning onto Motel Dr. It's on the other side of the Waffle House. Generous portion of piping hot food and chicken wrap.

First time in my 37 years of life I have ever heard of this!! Membership for a bar that doesn't have a full variety of drinks, I counted 9 people total in the bar and your gonna charge me to drink there???? I left immediately!!! Even though, I only came to get a few shots, the Bartenders were all drunk and they had people behind the counter that were singing karaoke!! Afterwards I just left and got a couple of Bottles from the Affes/ shoppette on base! They are open 24hours serving liquor!! While this establishment takes advantage of the state policy and makes u pay for a membership to have a drink after a long day

Asked about membership and were told it would 48 hours to be reviewed. We applied anyway and left. Second time, owner was there and apologized for what happened, said that was incorrect. Gave us free memberships with cards right on the spot. Third time, a bartender kept overcharging us for cans of soda. Went up on price twice during the night. Fouth time, I saw they were having karaoke and wanted to take a friend who was in from out of town. Staff that night was extremely rude. Said we could not stay because my friend was not a member, even if we did not drink alcohol. I asked if he could fill out an application and she said no. Fifth time, we went because a friend was running the karaoke for another friend's birthday and he told us we would have no problems. Owner was there and apologized again after I talked to him about experiences. Got a membership for my fiance same night no issue, stayed, and ordered beer for him. The inconsistency is a problem for me because it makes it come off as shady. Overall, it is usually dead with only a couple of regulars. There are a couple of pool tables with no wait because it is usually empty. That is a nice bonus if you just want to go play pool.
