Man over the counter, who is not the cashier yelled "here or to go". I was surprised and said to go. Gave them $28 cash on a $22 order, gave them my number and they were to call me when it was ready (20 mins). Come back 35 mins later to get the pie. I asked if I could take a seat and they said no. I thought this was a joke; gave me a cup of water and a plate and wouldn't let me eat it in the restaurant. I am still confused; please don't ever go here. My mother-in-law got a mushroom Swiss burger, and although all of our food was good, she was definitely the winner! Staffing seems to be on the low side and needs to be fixed. Too many times have I only seen one or two people close at this location. Doordashing from here is asking for a wait time to at least 10-15 min past when doordash says it will be ready because non doordash orders seem to be prioritized over the non doordash orders. DoorDash needs to change the wait times to accurately reflect the actual wait time and I myself have tried doordashing from this location when they were within one to two hours of opening and had my order canceled with no explanation from this location. So both doordash and papa johns need to do better for this location.
