We called Pizza Hut immediately to report the mistake and were left on hold for 20 minutes. When the employee finally returned, she took our information and offered to resend the pizza. Since our kids had already eaten the pizza as-is, we asked for a credit instead. We were placed on hold again for several more minutes. When she came back, she told us her manager approved a credit to our account. Fast forward two weeks later -- we called to use the credit and were told no credit existed. The person we spoke to said he was a manager and bluntly told us he "didn't have time for this." Mistakes happen, but poor communication, long hold times, broken promises, and dismissive management are unacceptable. We won't be ordering again.

Doordashing from here is asking for a wait time to at least 10-15 min past when doordash says it will be ready because non doordash orders seem to be prioritized over the non doordash orders. DoorDash needs to change the wait times to accurately reflect the actual wait time and I myself have tried doordashing from this location when they were within one to two hours of opening and had my order canceled with no explanation from this location. So both doordash and papa johns need to do better for this location.
