Both boxes were labeled as the same model and looked identical, but the blades inside actually had different hinge designs. That wouldn't have been a problem if the correct adapters had been in the packages. Unfortunately, the first package contained a bunch of random parts, but the adapter that fit my car didn't even match the hinge on the blade. When I opened the second package, it only had three parts--and none of them worked with that blade's hinge either. It seems like returned merchandise is being put back on the shelf without anyone checking whether the correct parts are inside the package. Customers are being charged full price for items that are incomplete or mismatched. This created a lot of unnecessary hassle for what should have been a simple purchase. Very disappointing experience.
