I had a reservation for 8 o'clock in the morning, showed up and said they could not find it (even…read morethough I had the email confirmatio). I askedfor one tire with a slow leak to be repaired and all four tires to be rotated and balanced. I was called and told I needed an air filter, cabin air filter, and brake flush (all were done less than 2000 miles ago). I said no and then when I went to pick up the car, they stated they could not find the leak, but that they rotated a balance all the tires. I paid but none of the tires were rotated or balanced. Only one tire was removed, and that was the one with the slow leak they did not repair. It is obvious that the front driver one was the only one touched by dirty hands and an impact.

Next thing, they told me they'd have to replace the wheel assembly. Next thing, they told me they had broken off a bolt in the axle & I needed a new axle. Next thing, they told me it was not drivable. Then the price doubled because they had priced the axle wrong. Next thing, I got cranky & pissed them off. Suddenly, it was drivable and I should come pick it up. Oh, and by the way, it would be $100 for their trouble. I pissed them off some more & they told me to come get it & never darken their door again. I said no problem there! Just by dumb luck & some fairy godmother looking out for me, I picked these guys off of Yelp. Called, told them my story. They said you bet, bring 'er in! They looked it over, sent me photos of what they found, along with calls and descriptions and answers to my questions. Turns out, no broken bolt. No need for an axle. They communicated with me about every step. Sent pictures. Were pleasant, straightforward and gave alternatives when appropriate. They gave me rides to/from home and I didn't even have to ask! They offered! Amazing!!! They pulled the fat out of the fire for me and I am soooo incredibly, over the top, off the charts THRILLED to have blindly stumbled into a nest of bright, honest, honorable people who actually seem to give a damn about their customers & the reputation of their business! They charged me $110 for diagnosis because the check engine light was not related to the $950 work the week prior. They didn't know the check engine light was or was not related until they hooked it up. Took 5 min or less(something autozone does for free) and charge me $110 because the engine light coming on after their work was not related to fix. I am not okay with this. Mechanics get a bad wrap, it's not for the good work they do it's sneaky and dishonest stuff like this that leaves a bad taste in your mouth. I'll be taking it to autozone for FREE diagnosis from now on. Pros: pretty good service, oil changes, new tires etc
