The girls at the front gave a dirty look up and down and didn't say hello never asked what we could need help with. We ended up finding a $60 dollar pair of sunglasses and left. After returning home (we are 0.3 miles away) we found out the glasses screw was coming out so after about 30 mins we went back to exchange them and were told they could not. It's disappointing how bad the customer service is here. If you don't look like them / worth their time they will not cater to you apparently. Will not be coming back

The gym is large and jam packed with equipment, including a separate CrossFit box that you can use when not in session. The equipment was in good shape and seemed relatively new. Another positive is that the gym did not feel cliquey to me, so it is nice for a visitor passing through. My only critiques: it was very hot and stuffy, did not feel like the AC was running, although there were some ceiling fans turning. Also, there was a faint smell of kitty litter. I didn't see any cats, so I will attribute that to the sweaty gym goers working out in a warm environment without air circulating.
