We explained the situation and we were totally impressed by the great treatment we received. The replacement turned out to be less expensive than the item returned and I was refunded the difference.I didn't have a receipt and no idea what the shirt cost. I thought I have to review this interaction and kept forgetting to do so. While out to diner I saw a lady wearing a Sand Jamm shirt this evening which motivated me to finally do the review.
