Something made me call after an hour just to check, and the kid hadn't even put my request through after all we had discussed. I could not believe the disrespect I got when I found this out and got very upset. It was their fault but they didn't care one bit. In the end, after I was hung up on and called back, I got a nicer woman who talked me down and immediately sent Jason out to tow the car. So kudos to her and Jason. However, I didn't get any paperwork and need it for insurance purposes. It was a pretty terrible experience. P.S. I have never commented on Yelp before so you can see how disturbed I was by this.
