I've asked about it multiple times since!!" She said, "well, I'll add it now." So we were there from 6 PM to 9 PM, and I did not receive my food until 8:30. Food is fresh, fast, friendly and consistent every time. Truly delicious. My favorites are Chori Pollo and Carnitas Arturo (named after La Fiesta's founder, Arturo Fuentes). Arturo's brother, Reuben, has now taken over the restaurant and added the name Viva! to La Fiesta. Everything, including most of the awesome staff, remain. Here's what you are dealing with in the business ownership and family: during COVID, one of many's favorite servers, Pedro, became very ill. It was terminal from what we understood from the restaurant's Facebook page updates. Arturo paid dir a private charter to fly Pedro home to Mexico so that he could be with and say goodbye to his family during his last days. If you're in the area, give this great gem a try.
