Food was similar to the lunch menu we had during our previous visit. However, the iceberg lettuce at the salad bar didn't look as fresh. The dinner meal is supposed to come with steaks to order, but nobody was grilling steaks and nobody was at the carving station for the other meats. There's no advantage getting the dinner meal if they can't deliver on promised steaks. The bathroom didn't look as clean this time. Sinks looked sloppy and stuff was on the floor. Overall, my impression this time around was they were really disorganized. Nothing seemed prepared and employees just were going through the motions.
