I called the store to file a claim, they took my info and said that they would file the GSR and I would have a check within 2 weeks. I thought that would be it. To my surprise I got a call from Beth on Tuesday morning letting me know that my documents did arrive at my location and that she had filed the GSR and to let her know that if I hadn't gotten a check in a week or so to let her know.
