Charlie helped me test my battery and alternator since my car died on the way there and again when I parked. She is amazing and even told me to come back for a battery check after checking in with my mechanic. I placed the order on the phone with them, and made an appointment for the install....all well organized and executed. Their shop is close to a couple of restaurants so I had an early lunch while they installed them...... Overall I had a great experience at Allout Offroad. My truck is just a stock tundra, not like some of the heavily modified rigs they had in that day, but the team was courteous, professional, I left with no "stock truck shame" and feeling really good about my really great headlights that work better than expected and are adjusted perfectly.
