He said it wouldn't be a problem. He explained to me what he was doing and what it would look like when it was bad and literally put it on for me. Charlie helped me test my battery and alternator since my car died on the way there and again when I parked. She is amazing and even told me to come back for a battery check after checking in with my mechanic.
