Also, they claimed they don't have cash before noon and they close their registers at 4PM so no refunds after that. Fortunately, after a week I was able to get a refund after I was told it would be a 'first and last' because they don't refund products taken out of their store. I asked, "how would I know it work(s)/fit or is right product?". "That's the risk you take", store personal said. I've never experienced those type of issues with Advance Auto Part, or in O'Reilly Auto Parts. Reason why I went to NAPA is because its two streets down my house, but I know I will never go back to this NAPA again. Also, not enough product options.

Also, sexist comments and jokes by every male worker I've encountered. Got an AC compressor under warranty, it inevitably broke because of the poor quality, and when I tried to return it, they said the warranty only works if you had gotten the "complete AC repair package"; meanwhile, they don't even sell the other parts for my car because it's 30 years old. By the way, no one offered me that "package" when I purchased it.
