I have been using this specific location for a decade. The service and helpfulness of the employees…read moreat this location is excellent. Today, I came in to buy wipers and hose clamps. I bought the Bosch OE blades for my truck. Yes, they are expensive but I HATE having loud blades when it's not raining hard or non-wiping blades when it is raining hard. But, O'Reilly has a little known secret: Many of the blades come with a one year warranty. I did not know this until today. The Houston heat can be BRUTAL on wipers so knowing they stand behind them is fantastic. Plus, they install them for free on the spot. Kudos for that. I also bought two very large hose clamps. They are made for automotive uses but I needed two for a non-automotive project I was working on. Just an FYI, they have LARGE clamps in the back if you can't find what you need on the aisle. Again, the staff was excellent in their help. Bottom line - Great service and typically have what I need. I'll keep shopping here for my auto parts.

Y'all, I got a little dirty secret to tell ya! Come closer to hear it…read more... ...... ...... I hadn't changed my windshield wiper blades and it was due past it's expiration date. I think it began to crack the glass, but that could have been because of loose rocks on the road. A little birdy told me that O'Reilly changes the blades free of charge. Surely, they do! The chick that helped me, she is hilarious and had me laughing as she changed the blades. Of course, it was a smooth and simple process, but I wanted a professional to help me. She was wearing cowboy boots too. This location seems to be only women owned which is cool! Every employee greeted me upon walk in. The manager running the register, walked me to where the blades were and explained to me that the beams are considered "old school". I liked that. I made the mistake of getting the modern ones before and it was flopping all over the place! The blades were $15 a piece, of course the only cheapest option. The highest price was $53 a piece. I like this location and customer service seems to be a lot better than AutoZone. Thanks O'Reilly!

Yes this location in Friendswood off Parkwood is very helpful anything I've gone in to purchase…read morethey've always help make sure I get the right item.

This review is based upon multiple visits and is not a one-time experience…read more I stopped in and asked them to use their OBD engine code reader. She brought it out to the truck, plugged it in, and went back inside to plug the device back into their computer to interpret the code. Long story short, the printout she gave me was spot-on perfect (5 stars). I replaced the parts but upon my return, they wouldn't clear the code to make my engine light turn off (deduction of stars). On a subsequent visit, I returned some things I bought. Yes, I lost my receipt. They gave me store credit. It's policy. I get it and agree with it. However, returning two items should not take 30 minutes. It literally took 30 minutes. I'm not exaggerating. Also, he screwed up and ended up having to return the items separately giving me two different merchandise cards. The incompetence was staggering. My wife was waiting in the car and was livid when I got back in the car (more deductions). On yet another visit, I bought some things to use the above mentioned credits. I purchased way more than the $9 in credit I had. I also ordered a Mini Cooper wiper blade for my daughter's car. It wasn't in stock but I pre-paid and was told it would be in the store the next day. I went back two days later only to find out it wasn't available. No one called to tell me it wasn't there. No one called to ask me if they should order it from a different warehouse. I told them to refund my money. Well, since I had used a $9 credit along with my purchase, their system defaults to store credit even though I bought way more than $9 of product. It also forced them to give me store credit for the entire amount of the wiper, not just the original $9. I had my receipt. Now I'm stuck with another merchandise card for $13. This policy is stupid. I fully understand the policy if my original purchase not enough to cover the $13 but it was more than enough. This aggravation is not worth shipping here. I will go back to spend my $13 but that will be my final visit. Bottom line - Gross incompetence of the employees along with some ignorant corporate policies made my multiple experiences miserable. I'll take my business elsewhere.

There are just a few times where I feel comfortable leaving a review. I'll never rate a business…read morewhen the service, food, or product is merely average because others may have a different, stronger opinion than mine, and I'll let them take the lead. But when I do feel compelled to submit a review, it's typically with the mind set of providing a warning, or in this case accolades, encouraging others to experience what excellent customer service is all about. I was in a position that allowed me to make a purchase of two Kawasaki Z125 Pro motorcycles that we intend to use when traveling with our RV. I went down there on a Thursday, and was treated with great courtesy, and made to feel very welcomed and appreciated. They easily had the best price in town, and the entire sales process went smooth as silk, making sure the bikes were exactly the ones I wanted. They had to both be red. Yes, some of you may insist that they be Kawasaki green, and I have had a couple of those, but this time I wanted red. Back to the experience. I happened to call later that day, to let them know that the bikes were insured and Albert the general manager, and perhaps the owner, told me that the bikes were already setup and ready to go. I wanted to head over there and pick them up, and Albert said, "No problem, come on down and we'll load them up for you." The mistake I made was thinking that they closed at 7:00 PM. So when we got a call at 6:00, it was Albert asking if we were close by. I said that I thought they closed at 7:00, but Albert replied that the store closed at 6:00, but if were were heading down, he would be glad to keep the store open for us. Long story short, we couldn't get there until a bit after 7:00 (thanks Houston traffic) but when we arrived, there was no feeling of being rushed, or unappreciated. On top of that, we needed to buy a couple of helmets and again Albert was so accommodating, and we were able to get exactly what we wanted without any feeling of being pressured to hurry up. Add to this, the exceptional care to the way the bikes were loaded into our truck and the sincere thanks and encouragement to stop by for anything we might need or have questions about, and a five star rating is an easy thing to do. My thanks to Mainland Cycle Center and to Albert, Patrick and the rest of the crew. Don't miss the opportunity to hopefully experience that exceptional service and above and beyond efforts.

They had my motorcycle from November 2024 until April 2025…read more It overheated on the way home and then fuel poured from the carbs and tank. They came and hauled it back. Today I went to check on it and it was "ready". I stopped down the street to fuel it up and it wouldn't start so they came down and jump started it. It made the 8 mile trip home but it's still not right. I would recommend going somewhere else. They didn't even call to tell me it was "done".
