Have ordered from here a couple times now and every time the order is ready when stated and priced fairly. Customer service is always great too. The pretzels here are VERY GOOD. Way superior to Philly Soft Pretzel Factory. You can't beat a dozen pretzels for $4! Sadly, I have to agree with the other reviewers, the service is not the best. They are not very friendly but heck - I'm not going there for the atmosphere or to make friends. My mother goes here often and always has a good experience but today was awful costumer service. Whoever the man was that was working today around 3 needs to get a different job that makes him happy. When going to gatherings I call up Jim's and order a party tray. I usually get a friendly woman on the phone that I've ordered from before, she's helpful, quick and I've never had any problems with her, or the pretzels. This morning I called at 9am and got a extremely rude man on the phone that kept saying "what size tray do you want" in a very aggravated tone. I asked how many nuggets come in certain size trays and he responded with giving me the prices of the trays. I was so flabbergasted that at 9am I was being close to yelled at for placing an order. I did tell him if he wanted to speak this rudely to me, I can speak just as rude back. After continuing to spit prices at me and not tell me how many nuggets actually come in a small, and junior tray he said "aye, aye, aye I can't deal with this" and that's when I said "you can't deal with this? Then I'm sorry you just lost my business!" And hung up. I'm shocked that someone would speak to a customer this way! Unfortunately, I will not be back, and it's a shame because their pretzel trays have always been good, and they're close to my house. read more

This place has the worst customer service. I called to order a tray of pretzels and a very very rude woman answers the phone (with loud music playing) and when I let her know that I couldn't hear her very well since she had me on speaker and was far from the phone she became very rude. She put the phone to her ear and started speaking to me sarcastically like I was a deaf person. I was actually still going to order a tray from her unbelievably but then when she finished giving me the prices she very rudely said "now you think about what you want while I wait on someone else". I tried to tell her what I wanted but she left the phone. At that point I had enough and hung up and ordered my pretzel tray from Pretzel Factory. I'm so sad that I have to give them even 1 star. This place has been around for a few years now and I was never a frequent customer. Once or twice a year I'd go in got a dozen or so pretzels and call it a day. They would be warm and come with dips with my choosing with did cost extra but was so worth it! I now go here once a week or so and have noticed a few things in my quick visits. It is very open and clean which I can appreciate. Maybe it's just me but I find it a little too dark, I like bright places they seem more welcoming. They do have a 5 dollar credit card minimum which I was unaware of. I had to buy a beverage that I didn't want just to meet the minimum. It's not a big deal or anything but having a credit card minimum can get annoying. I understand why they have one, maybe next time I'll be more prepared for it. Or I'll bring cash. read more

I come here every so often for pretzels and pretzel nuggets. Love the honey mustard. And pretzels are usually fresh, hot and salty. The way they should be. Today, the pretzels were stale, soggy and gross. Was told they had a problem. Had to bring pretzels in from bridegeport. Or some story like that. Couldn't understand the guy behind the counter. the big pretzels are perfect, the smaller ones (same at any other pretzel place ive been to) are a little burnt on the bottom, counter people can come off a little grumpy, but so can we all, there probably just not used to dealing with customers read more

If you're not there by 930 am, there's basically no way you're getting anything you want. I've tried 5 times to just get a pork roll pretzel even calling ahead as they suggested. Today the guy in richboro just refused to make one. And i called warminster and was told they're out of pork roll cause it's a weekend. I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

I am very picky about my soft pretzels. I guess you can say I'm a expert. I've had pretzels from about every pretzel bakery in and around Philly and while this isn't the best (Philly Pretzel Factory is) it comes in as second. This is a pretty good pretzel. My daughter was asking for a pretzel and we just happened to be driving by here. I was surprised at how good it was. I admit I was expecting it to be horrible. The woman who manages this place is very unfriendly. After asking her to please warm up my pretzel she reluctantly grabbed it bare handed and put in the oven. When I googled Jim's Soft Pretzels to write this review, the first thing that I noticed is that they have a picture of pretzels with a dog standing on them. That explains things. What kind of business would feature an animal standing on top of their food? After having not been there for a few months, I wanted to bring a little treat to work for my wonderful co-workers. Yesterday morning I purchased 20 minis. The first thing I noticed was that they were not hot but did not think that would be an issue. Biting into one was a different story. While they looked brown and inviting on the outside, a number of them were completely raw. When I called them, a man who did not speak English answered the phone. He did not seem to understand a word I said and hung up on me. This morning I called again hoping that I could stop by on my way to work. I was willing to give them a chance. This time I got Alex. When I told him my experience he immediately stood up for the baker. He said that he needed to check with the manager because he was not sure if I was making up the story just to get some free pretzels. I can honestly say Jim's Pretzels USED to be pretty good. I USED to love stopping their for a morning treat to enjoy with my co-workers. I don't know what happened to them but I am out $7 and they have lost my business. read more

Had a horrible experience at the Warminster Store with the blond lady this morning at 10:45 am. Customer in front of me was questioning the size of the dog pretzel on the menu poster. He thought they were smaller than what the actually were. I agreed with the customer and when he was handed the larger item he turned around and walked out because the blond gave him an attitude. She then turned on me and yelled loudly at me to mind my own business. She then told me to leave. They have the best soft pretzels around. fresh out of the oven. they also make up party trays special order. I'm from Philly so I know my soft pretzel and Jim's is as good as it gets. my wife loves them so much for our anniversary instead of a dozen roses I bought a dozen Jim's soft pretzels with spicy brown mustard and she couldn't be any happier.
