Fortunately I live close to Jim's Razorback Pizza in Ft. Smith. They have delicious pizza and their employees are friendly and well trained. Wes and his crew always greet with a smile and a friendly word. They have handled the Covid restrictions without a hitch. Just moved here from Pennsylvania and anyone who has ever moved to a new place knows how big of a deal it is to find your new go-to pizza place. Our delivery ETA was 50 minutes and it was ready and here in about a half hour. I was looking to get a traditional white pizza but with my phone girl ended up creating a thin crust alfredo sauce and sundried tomato pizza that was awesome! I just moved to the Fort Smith area a couple of weeks ago. I've tried various pizza places; some decent and some that tasted worse than cheap frozen pizza. I tried Razorback pizza today, and it was absolutely awesome. I have eaten pizza from a lot of different establishments, and this one ranks as one of the best. Being from out of town we found these guys based on their Yelp rating and were not disappointed. The staff was really nice (Gina was especially so) and the servings were nicely sized. The salad bar looked full and fresh, my daughter's pizza was delicious, and I had the Razorback sandwich. First, we walk in. And waited over 5 minutes to be seated. Every time someone came up to pay at the register, we had to sit and wait. Finally a waitress came and sat us and took our drink orders. Another guy brought us our drinks..then we waited another 15 minutes, which no one came back to check on us or take our order. The 3 waitresses we saw were more worried about tables in another room than the section that we were sat in. Love the Pizza! As I always say, It's the best in town. I always place a carry out order. We have earned a few "Free" Pizza's since we have done business at Jim's. However, Jim's needs to specify what they mean by FREE. I was somewhat a little embarrassed when the cashier said, "You are going to have to pay an extra $1.64 for your pizza, it only covers a specialty pizza!" Which is what I ordered. She said, well, someone came in an ordered a $40 Pizza and Wes said we just can't do that anymore! Ok, it's not the $1.64 that upset me so much, but it was addressed in front of other customers, when they could have easily told me on the phone when I placed my order. If Jim's is going to complain about people using their FREE pizza coupons, then they need to be more specific on there coupon. It was not specified! I'll continue to do business there because the pizza is delicious, but they lack in the hospitality department at the register. read more

Called and ordered delivery today. Told it would be 35 mins took over a hour. 2 out of our 3 orders were wrong/ tasted bad. Called and spoke to the manager whom was not very understanding only saying "well I'm sorry we got busy and your sandwich was not to your liking." Bad customer service and bad food. Would NOT recommend this "business" unless you want to have bad food. read more

We were on vacation and ordered from here, they delivered to us at the hotel. The pizza and breadsticks were delicious and they delivered it in a great time frame from when we placed our order. This was the best pizza we have ever eaten and the breadsticks were seasoned perfect it came with ranch and marinara sauce. This was excellent food!! Wes and the staff are superb, they are always sincerely pleasant. Consistent excellent service and quality ingredients. The pizza is never greasy, even the Hog Wild loaded with meat. My girlfriend went here a few weeks ago, I did not expect a lot but walked away impressed. As a rule, I do not like places that have a lot of screens broadcasting sporting events but they manage to do that here without being annoying. The salad bar is above average for a pizza place, it is bigger (slightly) and features a better selection of items. We ordered a large garlic smoked chicken pizza with the original tomato sauce, they have more than one to choose from. I don't like a lot of sauce on my pizza, just a little. I told the server light on the sauce and they came back with a near perfect pizza, for me. We will come back, we want to try the shrimp pizza. read more

Since moving to Fort Smith, this has been my (and my partner's) absolute favorite pizza place. The thin crust is really well done - not flimsy, not too crispy. The pizza tastes great, they're generous with toppings, and they have a very nice rewards program and online ordering system! They offer a wheat crust option, as well, which is EXTREMELY rare! read more

Very slow! We were told 20 minutes, but waited over 40 minutes. Pizza was ok, very little cheese on my Spanish Pie. Supreme Pizza was good. Cinnamon Sticks were not fully cooked. I usually don't eat raw dough. read more
