He said I should smell the crabmeat and if it did not smell right, to call him. Also, the crabmeat was not jumbo lump to which he replied that was all that was available in the market. I called Saltmarket and they were fabulous. They were able to get actual Jumbo Lump crabmeat for me that was fresh. I lost over $180 to avoid the possibility of giving our guests food poisoning.
