No hard sells on a non-critical cleaning services that you don't understand enough to know if you really need it. If you want Ron to tell you everything thats wrong with the car - he will. If you want him to get it safely rolling on the road as cheap as he can, he will do that too. Ron is also very good at explaining a sophisticated mechanical problem to somebody with little more than a basic understanding of how the car works. So you don't feel like you've just been told what needs to be fixed, you feel like you understand why it needs to be fixed.

I wound up taking the Saturn to Ron's at my Mom's suggestion--he fixed the issue right away, and for about one fifth the cost that had been estimated by Saturn... needless to say, I never went back to the Saturn Dealership, and I've stuck with Ron ever since.
