Matt at Mr. Tire truly went above and beyond for us. We were having a tough time getting a rusted tire off so we could put on the donut and get the car into the shop. Matt not only took the time to walk us through it, but he shared his expertise in a way that was easy to understand--even for someone like me who isn't familiar with auto mechanic terminology. If I could give this place a zero I would!! Bought a coupon on Groupon for an entire synthetic oil change so I made an appointment. When I got there to get my oil changed the worker started quoting prices and I then told about my coupon in which I showed him. This guy proceeds to tell me I can't put synthetic oil in my car so he wasn't honoring my coupon so I would have to pay $96. First of all I thought the customer was the one who made the decisions about what they do with their car so why would you lie and tell me my car doesn't take synthetic oil and the way you tell that is by my vin number! That is absolutely the most stupid thing I've ever heard because my car can absolutely take the oil I asked for and had the coupon for, so he still refused to honor my coupon. I said to him are you telling me I just wasted my money and his reply was I don't know you're going to have to figure that out with Groupon, are you kidding me!!! This was the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced and to try to make me look like I was a stupid woman who had no idea about your lies is absolutely unacceptable!! I should have just gone to valvoline like I normally do but I wanted to try out mr tire instead!! I will be contacting the better business bureau about this incident!! today june 6 I went to mt tires on black horse pike. I had a flat tire. went in no one was at the desk. I want to the glass doors and yelled hello and either they ignored me or didnt see me. I kept yelling hello. no one came. I stood there for ten minutes and then I went down the street to firestone. they were very nice and helpful, I also called corporate and told them what happen. that is not very good customer service. read more

Ripped me off! I went for a wheel alignment after getting new tire rods put on my car and they said it was done but it's still pulling! Checked and the tire rods are still untouched.. no alignment was done! read more

I am the type of person who always gets flat tires (I like to blame it on all of the potholes!) I purchased a tire warranty through my car loan. About a month ago, I caught a flat. I went to Mr Tires because it was local. I have never heard of them before. I was very confused about my warranty, and Stephen was a tremendous help. He was very patient and understanding. We had to call my dealership and figure everything out, which took a lot of time, but Stephen was determined to make sure that everything worked out efficiently and effectively. And of course, a new tire was put on at a reasonable price. I just had to go back today because I caught another flat. Once again I received fast and quality service from Stephen and the guys in the shop. I will never go anywhere else for tires!!! read more

Went to get my car serviced for new tires, and an oil top off. Karen the manager confirmed my services and agreed for the oil top off as well, and I paid around 900$. 2 days later I find out they never added oil to my car. Which was no worries at all, came back to get the oil added, and the manager refused to give me service because I didn't want to get a complete oil change. I have never used Mr. Tire as a repair shop but I just recently purchased a new car and the warranty company sent me there. All I can say is it was one of the best experience I have ever had and the service was beyond wonderful. The manager, Steven, called the warranty company and made it to were I didn't have to pay a dime for 4 brand new tires since the wrong size tires were on my car it was the dealerships mistake. Mo, the office assistant, was so helpful and she helped me just as much as Steven did. Both were the nicest, beyond understanding, and made me feel like they truly cared about my unfortunate issue. They had me in and out, with brand new tires, and no money spent in an amazing timely matter. I can confidently say Mr. Tires Mount Ephraims shop will be my go to repair shop for any future repairs I may need!!! So very impressed and 100% statisfied. All thanks to Steven and Mo! read more

Updating my review as I jumped the gun on the initial post. I will still say the service and speed was appreciated, but our tire pressure has continued to be a problem in the two months since they patched one tire for us. A few weeks ago, we decided to have Firestone take a look and they found that two other tires also needed patched, so they did those and did not touch the one that Mr. Tire had previously repaired. However, our tire pressure light continued coming on and we were filling the tire that Mr. Tire had patched with air every couple of days until we were able to take the car back to Firestone. Firestone found that the plug from Mr. Tire was leaking and was able to resolve this for us as well. I'll also note that the patching was half the price at Firestone. So while the service and speed is fine, they did not resolve my issue and I wasted $40 when it could have been done right the first time for $20 elsewhere. read more

Got a chance to check out the new Mr. Tire in the area. The shop is new and the waiting area is nicely kept (TV, Coffee, Magazines). I had them install two new tires I ordered through TireRack. Service was quick, professional and the Sam the manager there took good care of me. I will be back! read more

I cannot speak highly enough about my experience at Mr. Tire. Steven and Mo helped me out immensely! I had to have all 4 of my tires replaced and couldn't leave work to take the car to the shop. They came and picked up my car, returned it to me within 2 hours with new tires! Will definitely be coming back if I have issues in the future. read more

After they had a chance to check my car a young man took me me to the back and said my front break pads and rotors were at 50%, he said my back pads and rotors were were the same. Then it went down hill when the older man from behind the counter, I think he was the manager, came to talk to me. He preceded to tell me, or so it seemed, that because my tires were off i had to get service done at that time. The 2 men totally contradicted each other. The younger man made it seem like i had more time before the service needed to be done. The older man made me feel browbeaten into getting my pads and rotors replaced. Managed to hold them off on the back breaks, after telling me about the dangerous chance i was taking. Now after a second and third opinion on the back pads and rotors both garages said i had 10,000 miles before i even had to contemplate getting them replaced. So beware of the overbearing Jack Ass behind the counter. do not let him talk you into anything you are unsure about with out getting a second opinion. PS. The reason for the third opinion was because when i went for the second Mr. Tire had stripped a bolt when they had put my tires back on. So, I had to go back to them to get it replaced. read more

I have never been more disappointed and disgusted with the service of this facility. STEVE is a complete crook and does not like to take responsibility for the things that happen in his shop. First I get my car serviced with them and they break my drivers seat by jamming my drivers seat all the way back that it will now not move forward anymore. When I addressed the issue he adamantly refused to fix and take responsibility for the damaged seat. He was irate and aggressive towards three women, yelling and screaming at us. My granddaughter had to ask him to stop yelling at women bc she was scared for us. At this point we just asked that we speak to the owner or his boss regarding the drivers seat. He calls his boss and five minutes later he returns with some kind of rationale and now agrees to keep my car for a day or two to not fix the seat, but to adjust the seat to the original position so I could possibly drive it again. I had no other choice but to agree to leave it. Which left me inconvenienced for days without a car. Regardless if I have to go to work or that I was stuck home without a car. Fast forward FOUR days Thursday-Monday I finally get my car back but not after being notified (on Saturday) that they locked my keys in the TRUNK and needed BMW service Dept. To give them unlock codes to open my car. (On Monday) Now I keep asking myself "how the Hell did they lock my keys in the trunk and why were they even in my trunk in the first place. Pretty Shady that they are snooping around in my private things. There isn't anything in the trunk that could possibly help them fix or adjust my drivers side seat. Needless to say this shop is horrible, terrible, shady, I will never bring my car back to this shop, I will never recommend this place to any family or friends. I fore warn you that if you go there you will probably regret it. Because Steve has terrible customer service skills and does not take running a business seriously. read more
