He gave us a payment based on 36 months $847 with that included. That made our payment $135 a month higher than just the $24,000. I said we will pay it off in 24 months that meant we would pay $3,120 (135 X 24) for the service contract. That's the impression I was under but that's not the case. We still have to pay the full $4400 even if we pay it off in 24 months. We gave a great review a few days ago but after figuring this out the finance guy pulled a fast one on us. While having some work done on my Promaster Van, somehow many things that needed to be moved and removed for the service needs of my particular repair, were not reset properly. Hose clamps loose. Coolant all over the engine compartment after it was refilled. Related: Coolant not topped off after the engine was run up to temperature. The hood was out of alignment, which I was assured was not their fault, although I'm sure it WAS in perfect alignment before they worked on my van. The cowling between the windscreen and the hood was broken and out of alignment. There are greasy fingerprints on the body and my van outside the engine compartment and hood. The drain line for the cowling was not properly secured, and this is all that I've found so far. They seemed to be much friendlier and more eager to please while I was getting my vehicle worked on, but after the fact they had no problem insinuating that I didn't have any knowledge about the condition of my vehicle when I brought it to them for service. I do however know exactly what condition it was in and how it was returned to me.

While it was still under warranty, the torque converter on my 2019 Blazer Premier started slipping,…read moreso I took it to the Chevrolet dealer Ray Dennison's in Pekin, IL. The dealer said that the recommended fix was to change the transmission fluid. This seemed to help "for awhile". Unfortunately, the torque converter is now slipping again, and the warranty period has since expired. However, Dennison's was able to convince Chevrolet to repair/replace the Torque converter since it was originally brought in when the car was still under warranty.
