I got a take out order that included 1 large chicken rice soup. When I got home, I found they had given me chicken noodle which I can't eat due to gluten. I called them and she said to bring it back and I told her it was too far today. She said they would "make it right" next time I came in. I went in yesterday and explained to the cashier, gave her my receipt and showed her a picture of the chicken noodle soup. She apologized and put in the order for a LARGE chicken RICE soup at NO COST, along with the rest of my order, (over $20 ) A Chinese woman IMMEDIATELY came out of the back and asked the cashier why the soup was NO CHARGE. The cashier replied " It was to correct a previous order mistake as she was given noodle soup . She gave me her receipt and showed me documentation." I couldn't hear what the other woman replied. But when I got home, I found that I was given a SMALL chicken rice soup and NOT the LARGE that was originally ordered and paid for. So, who ever this woman was, she decided to give me a SMALL soup instead of the original LARGE that I paid for and the cashier requested. I will not be going back there for any reason. OK, first off that was probably the worst experience I ever had with this restaurant. They usually are pretty on top of their game. I don't know what happened last night. I'm being charged an additional $12 for a service fee because it's 17 miles away. That's understandable. But not only was the driver an additional 30 minutes late bringing my food because he was lost, but his car reeked of smoke. It left my food, smelling and wreaking of someone else's bad habit. I don't smoke in my home. I don't allow anyone to smoke in my home so I don't expect my food to smell like a chimney when I purchase it. Secondly my daughter had the beef and broccoli combo that happened to have a piece of wire in one of the meats. I'm glad I picked it up and she didn't. It was too late for me to call the driver back because they were already closed. Now the final straw besides finding wire in my daughter's food is that they double charged me $128 when the order was only $52 and some change. I don't know how they get away with this but this is unacceptable. Please be careful with these delivery drivers and establishments. They think they can treat us however they like. I'm not taking this shit anymore. This is my hard earned money and I don't expect my children to be in any danger when it comes to food order from so called, respectable establishments. I will be looking for a complete and full refund and if I have to take this matter up with the health department, I certainly will. I promise you this is not a threat. My wife and I ordered supper from them at 6:45, we finally received it at 8:15. During the wait we called and inquired as to the status. They said it was ready but count say if the driver had left with it yet or not. They added to the explanation they were very busy and could not offer any more. We continued to wait. Once the food arrived I asked the driver how long our food had been in his car, his response was 30 minutes. Once the food was unbagged, her S&S chicken was soggy and my beef was in a bag and chewy. For this we paid $30! I called upset and got the same we are busy and what would you have me do speech. For a refund we would have to hold the food overnight and take it back the next day. This is exactly what we did! We stored it in our kitchen refuse bin and I dug it back out the next day. I doubt they wanted me to walk into the restaurant while customers were on their paying. My fiancé & I ordered from here last night and it was mostly awful. First, the delivery guy gave us someone else's order. It took 35 more minutes (on top of the 45 minutes it took him to get to the house in the first place) to come by with our food. I got the Chicken Chow Mein & my fiancé got Sweet & Sour Chicken; along w a shared Pu Pu Platter. My dish was something completely different & I couldn't come up with a name for it. Didn't even have my noodles. The appetizer platter was the worst thing I've ever seen. Grey beef, shrimp overly coated in batter the size of your 2 fists for a shrimp the size of your pinkie. In fact, the 3 pieces of over breaded shrimp actually spelled out "Poo". It also came with worse than McDonalds chicken nuggets. The Crab Rangoon was overly fried in old oil as well as the chicken wings & legs as I suppose everything was. At least my fiancé's food was at least "semi-mediocre". The rest of it was atrocious. The egg drop soup we had today was so so. The bathroom was kind of nice but then it was cheap and by the wet paper mache note on the paper towel holder saying don't clog the toilet... The rice noodle dish with shrimp I had was quite nice though. The food is Overpriced compared to competitors in the area. Very bland with not much content. My shrimp dishes has a couple small shrimp, the appetizers are horrible, spring rolls the thickness of a pen and half the size for $2 bucks with nothing in them. After I paid (via the app) I realized they actually charged me $5 (I asked the delivery girl why the charge was different and she said it was because we were so far away from their restaurant...we are 4 miles away!?!) The food was...blah, the frozen orange chicken meals have better quality and taste than this stuff. As if our experience wasn't bad enough, they shorted us an egg roll, being a little pissed I called, after the lady argued with me saying she put egg rolls in the bag and I explained there were egg rolls, just not the number I ordered she offered for me to tell them next time I order and they would give me an extra.....I assured her she didn't have to worry about that because there would not be a next time. Be careful when ordering delivery, because portions have been reduced to toddler's size, yet you still pay full price. Also, they conveniently forget to include extra condiments that you order and pay extra for. I have gotten delivery orders from this location several times a week for over 2 years. The delivery drivers are awesome. If they forget an, which has only happened two times, tops, they will work out something to replace it later in the day or give me a credit on my next order. I absolutely love steamed dumplings, with that said I have eaten them at nearly every place that has them on the menu. I can no longer eat dumplings from anywhere but Jen Jen 88 II by Walmart and Bonefish on 23rd. The service was very nice, we always had plenty to drink and someone was sure to approach us if we looked as if we needed attention. The price for lunch was a bit much with me having the Bourbon Chicken and my wife the Sweet and Sour chicken, two appetizers( I ate one of them...so my wife don't kill me for how that sounded!) and drinks for $30 plus tip. This is a little more than most carry out dine in style restaurants so I dropped a star for that reason and that reason only. The food was great and the service was better than anticipated, the place was clean and had a very relaxing low light ambiance. I will be back for more steamed dumplings soon! read more

The chicken had the texture of pork. Worst attempt at general tso chicken i have ever tasted. Went with some friends and they were highly unimpressed with their dish.
