Poor food quality and no flavor! Had the sesame chicken combo. the picture on the wall showed that it came with broccoli. Nope! Just a plate of bland rice and stringy over cooked chicken. I went here because of the Yelp reviews. I ordered fried chicken wings, crab rangoon and chicken mei fun. I tried to eat a chicken wing but the smell and taste was off. When I removed the lid off of the chicken mei fun, I thought I was going to be sick. I took one bite and threw it away. The only item I was able to eat was the crab rangoon. Before you say anything I know eating Chinese when your so close to the beach is silly. We were going to go to the Shrimp basket. They didn't have blackened grouper so we were just like ... meh.. so Chinese it was. I called and asked what they had and what the specials were, then called back shortly and ordered. We ordered General Tso chicken and chicken with black pepper sauce, crab Rangoon and spring rolls. The spring rolls were flavorful but very undercooked. The crab Rangoon was not that at all. It was fried cream cheese. Not at all what we were hoping for. The pork fried rice was yellow rice. No pork, no veggies, not even good sticky rice. Just yellow rice. Over all the price was good, the food was edible and so far I have not gotten sick from it. So I guess you could call that a win. The lady who answered the phone was not exactly personable and seemed as though we bothered her by ordering upon pick up. Over all summation, great for the money, don't expect any thing extra or super flavorful. Great little gem on Middle Beach Rd. I have been there numerous times and wanted to give them a shout out for their consistently good food. Service is always quick. The beef and chicken dishes are fresh and tasty. Just the right amount of sauce, not soupy like other places that add fusion in their name. Staff is friendly and prices are very reasonable. It's a good find in PCB since so many restaurants serve horrible greasy food. read more

Haven't had such fresh and tasty Chinese food in a while. They use chicken breast for their sesame chicken, EggFooYoung is a bomb, it might lack salt but the sauce that came with it made up for it. Mu Shu spork is just fine, because the pan cake is a little dry. Portion is very reasonable and the oil they used to deep fried is clean (you can tell by the look of egg foo young)Overall, if you are looking for tasty Asian cuisine with steaming hot rice. Good stuff - It's at the top of the pack as far as "take out" chinese food to me. The seating inside is actually decent for this style of restaurant. The portion sizes were very impressive for the price and the food quality was high. For instance, I usually am unimpressed by Ma-Po Tofu at "take out" places as it is too safe and generally not very flavorful but this place actually had some spice and flavor. Located in a small plaza, there are a few small tables. I prefer takeout . I have been to this restaurant a few times and have yet to be disappointed. Not good. The shrimp fried rice is just plain/non-flavorful yellow rice with huge chunks of undercooked onion and undercooked shrimp... nothing else! It was the strangest/nastiest stuff ever. We ended up picking out the shrimp, microwaving them a little, and then added to the combination lo mein, which was okay (we trashed the rice). The egg rolls had a strong taste of burnt oil. Wow! Found the best Chinese on the Beach! It looks so small and unassuming, but the food is so fresh and delicious! Probably the highest quality takeout I've had at a place like this. The veggies were great, the rice was great. The prices were more reasonable than I could believe. You are paying less money for way better food, here. Can't believe I only just found this place (well, it is sort of tricky to spot), but it's where I'll go from now on. But we tried it anyway and the food was excellent! You order at the counter then they'll bring you your food. Unless they're busy, then they'll call you!
