Standard fare Chinese. The lady running the place is always on her personal phone, so not overly inviting. But let's be honest, who comes to a Chinese fast food spot for inviting atmosphere? Lo Mein and steamed dumplings are actually great - my favorites here. Fried rice, and all their chicken is good too. If you're in Pikeville, it's your best choice if you don't want a burger. read more

I'd say for Goldsboro this place is pretty good. I have tried a few other Chinese food restaurants and none seem to fulfill my Chinese food desire. Jin-Jin is as close as it gets for now. The egg drop soup was great. Heavy on the egg compared to the others I've had, which seem to use mostly water. I also had the vegetable stir fry... on a diet The disappointment came when they had no clue what brown rice was. "oh you mean stir-fry?" guess I'll just make my own. My husband ordered the beef and broccoli and pork fried rice, he loved it. Step Daughter ordered the orange chicken, she loved it. They shared an order of stir fry noodles, guess what... they loved it. My husband grew up in Goldsboro and says Jin-Jin is probably one of the better Chinese food togo's you'll get around here. Even though it's in Pikeville, a bit away from us, I'll likely return when I'm craving some chinese. Can't wait to try their other dishes when this diet is done. read more

I've been coming here for 15 years and i live for the honey chicken wings! If you ever go, definitely try them.

One of our (my wife and I) regular lunch spots on the way home from church. Normally call in the order when leaving the church parking lot in Goldsboro (Bethel Church.... come visit!), and it's ready when we arrive. Fried Dumplings and Crab Rangoon always ordered.... Food is hot, fresh and very tasty. Everything is cooked to order and service is always courteous and friendly. read more

Worst experience ever. Will never order from here again. We ordered take out and after getting home realized our large order of sweet and sour chicken had no no sweet and sour sauce. After going back to the restaurant the owner, who could not even bother to get off his personal phone call gave us a small amount of sauce. I reminded him we ordered a large and he stated " one size for all orders, 1 dollar more for extra." Not enough sauce for the entire container. Sweet and sour chicken without sauce is just chicken nuggets. If I wanted nuggets I could have gone to McDonalds for a 1/5 of the price read more

Got the boneless ribs and pork fried rice. Was not impressed with the portion or quality of the boneless ribs. Pieces were very small and certainly not worth the price. read more

After moving to the area in 2011, my wife and would frequently (for us) enjoy the food at Jin Jin's Chinese restaurant. My wife had noticed that lately (since early 2016) that the food quality was declining. I continued to order monthly or so. The last time that I went to pick up the food, I noticed that the cooks in the kitchen were wearing flip-flops (pretty sure that is a health code violation) but the order was right and the food was OK. Tonight (03 Aug 2016), I was busy and my wife called and ordered for us. She went and picked up the order, brought it home, and as we sat to eat, I found that my spicy beef seemed to be two small pieces of chicken and some kind of sweet red sauce (I am a diabetic). I called and tried to let them know about the mistake, and I was immediately handed off to another employee that told me that I had to bring the order back then and she would replace the order, or she would give me 10% off my next order. I explained that I was a 15 minute drive away and I wasn't ready to indulge in a 30 minute drive just so I could help the restaurant correct their mistake. I was then told that there was I had to bring the food back because nothing that could be done until the owner saw that order was wrong. I asked to speak to the owner, and was told the he was not there, so, I asked when he would be there, and was told that he was on vacation in China. I was being given the runaround, so I asked how would the owner know if I brought the order back if he was in China. She seemed very frustrated and told me that she could talk to me no longer and hung up. I can understand that mistakes happen, but to compound it by providing poor customer service, is totally unacceptable. I will not patronize this establishment again, and will let everyone know of my experience read more

Out of all the Chinese restaurants in the Goldsboro area this one takes the cake. Very friendly owners and their food is better than the typical Chinese places around. Glad to have a good Chinese restaurant in Pikeville. read more
