Server lost mine & my wifes ticket, after the others in our party had been served and were 1/3 of the way thru there meal. DO NOT BOTHER GOING HERE!! The worst service and just average food. We waited 3 hours for a hamburger and chicken fried steak. They served us ice tea without ice, said they had run out. I have been here several times over the years and I think I've had everything on the menu more than once , her breakfast is my favorite or maybe the fried chicken, heck now I'm hungry ! Do NOT go to this place!!! Horrible service. 9 of us went on 3-5-23. Got there at noon. 8 of us ordered hamburgers. 2 1/2 hrs later we still didn't have our food!!! About an hr into it when we asked about our burgers They lied to us and said they were on the grill!!!! an hour and a half later and they still weren't serving us. when we finally confronted the owner she started arguing with us and blaming us for not calling it in. Jincy's is like eating at grandma's, each order is cooked individually and is absolutely homemade! Breakfast was excellent! Scrambled eggs and sausage just the way I like em Biscuits and gravy just like momma made! Yum!! Don't be in a hurry, she's cooking for you! read more

We went to jincys on 4-30-23 after the red fern festival and we got there at 12:35 and didn't get our food u til 5:25 pm we was there for 5 hours!! We had 6 kids with us so it was a terrible event, the woman kept eating off the plates and teenage daughter was eating cheese out of the bag while putting it on peoples burgers. They were not practicing cleanliness at all. The woman was also very rude and smartelic and not apologetic once so ever and kept saying we need to be more patient when we was there 5 hours! And most of their meals are $25 a piece and take 5 hours to make and they ain't worth the money for taste! We wanted to go experience a historic memory but ruined our whole day and had the worst restaurant experience ever. Definitely do not recommend.. read more

Ate breakfast there last Sunday for Father's Day and it was the best breakfast I have EVER eaten!! Going back tomorrow. It's a long wait but it's worth it and nice it was nice to just hang out and talk to other people waiting. read more

My wife and I drove from Tulsa to sample the cooking and the atmosphere at Jincy's Kitchen. The place is very rustic and is inside an old general store. A lot of the old original fixtures are in place. There are 5 family tables and everyone sits together. The building was featured in both film versions of Where The Red Fern Grows. Plan your visit well. Call ahead. There is nothing fancy here. Just good country cooking and a chance to step back in time for a while. Be prepared for little or no air conditioning if you visit in the summer. Also, everything is cooked from scratch and takes time to prepare. No fast food here! One more suggestion. Food was ok. Hubby ordered the catfish, was a mistake that day. Definitely had a wait AFTER we ordered. So don't go hungry!

Oh my goodness!! This is definitely off the beaten path, but so worth the drive!!!! The pan fried chicken was cooked to perfection, but know up front that it takes at least 30 minutes to cook. In future we will call in our order (the owner's suggestion) so it will be ready when we get there. But the absolute best part, their pies!!! Our first time there. Very country! Loved it! I had the Indian Taco and it was very big and good! My husband had the hamburger steak and it was very thick and big. He also had cucumber salad, potatoes and gravy. We had to take some home. It is a long wait as they cook it right after you order, it is hot and freshly cooked. My husband and I could have shared. We did share the blackberry Cobbler with vanilla ice cream. It was VERY good. It was a great motorcycle ride and the day was beautiful! We went later in the day and it was just us and another table. The ladies were very nice.This is definitely not a fast food restaurant so be prepared to wait and they don't hover over you.....they are cooking! Very quaint! So we get there at 9:30 on a Sunday. Had to walk through a swarm of wasps on the front porch to get inside. There were 3-4 tables with approximately 15 people in all. Seated inmediately, We had a party of 7. All ordered at 9:40. It became apparent that almost no one in the restaurant had food, then slowly one plate at a time began to come out. The table of 6 behind us all got their food one at a time over about 30 minutes, so either they had to eat separately, or wait and have their food get cold. This continued for the next hour for other tables. Still hadn't received our food. Started perusing the Yelp reviews and saw the other complaints about long waits. Also saw they only take cash. In 2018z Good thing one person in our party came equipped. My wife then went to look for a bathroom, heard it was outside, and went back out through the wasps. Quickly came back inside, said there was a mean white pitbull guarding the bathroom which started to come after her. It's now 11:00, still no food. Now our bland ice tea is complete water (no refills were offered). Waitress comes out and says an omelet that my son ordered was holding up the entire line. Seriously? We changed it to biscuits and gravy. Finally got our food at 11:15, an hour and 45 minutes after arriving. It was decent, but nothing special. Unbelievable. Do your self a favor, go up the road to Keys and eat at Big Red. Good breakfast and they're polite and fast. read more

A great place to relax with good country cooking to fill your tummy. The restaurant is in an old country with original items on display. You will be served ice tea or water with your meal. Homemade hot rolls, pies and cobblers. Relax and enjoy the atmosphere of days passed while your food is being prepared. .. one suggestion. .. arrive hungry!!! I'll be going back!!
