I was driving through Cumberland and when I looked up for Asian food, this place popped up. I ordered 2 different varieties of chicken ( garlic chicken and Hunan chicken). I also ordered szechuan shrimp. All three dishes tasted exactly the same and they looked exactly the same. Look at the pictures. It's true they are an Asian restaurant and it just ends there. They have bunch of things on the menu but I guess chef just makes one dish and names them differently. Honestly all tastes the same except some extra mushrooms here and there. Exceptionally good General Tso's tofu - maybe the best I've ever had. The sauce was just right and the tofu was perfection. I frequently dislike how most Chinese restaurants serve HUGE pieces of tofu. It results in soggy middles that haven't absorbed the sauce. This was not an issue here. The tofu was bite-sized and had a wonderful outer and inner texture. I'd recommend coming just for this alone. We also ordered an unagi roll and spring rolls. The unagi roll was fine - not great, not bad. The seaweed wrapper was chewier than I'd prefer, but it tasted just fine. The spring rolls were also not stand out/not bad - pretty standard fried spring rolls. The outside of the restaurant looks uninspiring, but it was cozy and clean inside. Service was prompt and friendly. We were only passing through, but on our next trip through, we'll definitely stop in if we're feeling Asian. read more

So let me start by saying, this was my first time ordering chicken teriyaki from this restaurant. It's a favorite food of mine and decided to try theirs since I usually just get chicken fried rice. The food looks good. I was surprised to see tomato in there. Pineapple is understandable, but I have never came across tomato with it. It also contained what I could only assume to be radishes, which I cannot say I prefer. The sauce on the chicken was great though. Unfortunately the chicken felt old or overcooked. It was tough and difficult to chew. However the sauce was great, so I just ate the chicken anyway. I just avoided the random tomatoes and vegetables that lied beneath the chicken. Was visiting from Louisiana and had a hard time finding good food in Cumberland. We decided to try the Chinese food at Jin's that our Airbnb owner recommended. The place isn't really in the best part of town and we didn't feel comfortable walking in the parking lot after dark. There were sketchy people everywhere and lots of folks walking around looking like they were on drugs. Despite that, we were starving and went ahead inside. The place was empty--only one other table was sat. However, there was a consistent flow of patrons coming and going for to go orders. We ordered some hot and sour soup and I have to admit that it was flavorful and we did enjoy that. The rest of our food was just mehhh though. We had some crab rangoons and the filling was good but the sweet and sour sauce tasted like it had been watered down. There wasn't much flavor to it at all. He ordered a quart size of the pork and vegetables and it came out on a regular sized plate that looked way smaller than quart sized. He said it was just so so. I had the orange chicken and yet again, the sauce was so thin that it tasted watered down. I didn't taste any orange at all. The fried rice with it wasn't even brown from the stir frying process so I was disappointed. It wasn't awful but it wasn't great either. Only giving 2 stars because the service was excellent--they were very sweet and attentive. Would likely not choose this restaurant going forward though. I ordered from Jin's twice while visiting my Son in WV. It's cold up here in the mountains and I didn't want to go out in it being I'm a southern peach and didn't want to freeze my peach blossom. I searched on my Yelp for restaurants that deliver and my son recommended them highly. I was hungry so I ordered plenty. I had the combination lo main and beef pepper steak with a hot and sour soup and two egg rolls. For an area that doesn't have much to offer as far as delivery (I live in a major city) Jin's is by far the best! I enjoy the fact you have your options as far as Asian cuisines. I would highly recommend taking a drive to Wasabi or ordering from Chopsticks for delivery but this place isn't bad. The prices on sushi are a little steep for a place downtown though. I wouldn't recommend eating in mainly due to the walkers and people who loiter in that plaza that are quite frankly - scum. Obviously This place can't help that but still have it delivered.
