I've had a number of visits to the dentist and not once have I encountered an establishment with such a kind, courteous, caring and knowledgeable staff. The kids area is beautifully decorated with colorful and textured artwork, books and crayons for the tiny curious humans. Each room has a smart TV to occupy you during your procedure - for the highly anxious or bored. My procedures have been quick, almost pain free and of top quality and satisfaction. My whole family will be transitioning to this location if I can swing it. read more

I absolutely recommend this dentist if anyone is looking for a comfortable &kind &get the job done dentistry. The staff is kind, the dentist DR was able to help me with the pain I was having & was dealing with for months. That last dentist I went to, saw I was in pain but did nothing to help because they had to wait for approval from my insurance. I get it, business but I was in terrible pain. I called Dentist Near Me in Riverside and they were able to get me in next day. I do have to go back for a root canal but the treatment they did on me helped with the pain and honestly I am grateful. JONATHAN WAS THEE MOST PROFESSIONAL AND KINDEST CARING AND HELPFUL TECHNICIAN GUY EVER. HE MADE MY EXPERIANCE, SO OVERWHELMINGLLY great. The owner did a good job at redoing my fillings. Although I had a root canal done by one of his providers that is no longer there and he did a terrible job. A few months later I was still experiencing pain and found out my root canal was infected. I had to undergo a whole new treatment and get it redone and had to pay for a new crown elsewhere. Also mind you they never bothered to check up to see how I was doing nor help with the situation at all. I will never be back again. I would advise anyone to be careful if considering coming here. read more

I didn't feel pain so that is a good thing since I don't like going to a dentist office because I am not pain tolerant. Had 2 crowns done, terrible job 1 doesn't fit. Had a root canal done 6 months later I'm still in pain. Also did teeth whitening the male dental assistant burned my gums & never got fitted for my trays & didn't receive my whitening syringe to take home. When asked to redo my crown the receptionist/manager told me I had to pay for a new one. Mind you I paid for the good crowns, 1 doesn't fit & the other one the color is completely off. I had high hopes since my initial experience was positive with Dr. FARHIM in replacing some fillings However, my next visits turn into a nightmare. As I agreed with the front desk about my coverage, and having no bone graft during my next appointment for tooth extraction. When trying to fill my prescription for painkillers antibiotics, the pharmacy couldn't verify the doctors information leaving me with pain without proper medication. Not only did they miss handle my prescription leaving me in pain and confusion throughout my healing. They sprung unexpected charges on me and the front desk billing incompetence continued as they harassed me for payment as they threatened collections when I couldn't pay immediately during my follow up check up on the extraction despite their error. I agreed to pay for the unexpected charges at a later time, since it caught me offguard, and I wasn't prepared for a payment. My following appointment for a root canal they assigned me entirely a different Dentist at their office Dr.Ayouby, who showed disregard for my comfort when my numbing went down for waiting so long for them to start my procedure, then displayed attitude when I asked for additional numbing, then trying to rush through the procedure without consideration. As I expressed my an anxiety and discomfort, instead of addressing it professionally they abruptly referred me elsewhere, mid appointment, on my way out I was hit with payment from the bone graft they were billing me for from before leaving me abandoned and disrespected. Overall the lack of transparency, poor communication and unprofessional behavior made the dental practice, one to avoid at all cost.
