Make sure to get the dental plan with them. It's worth the money. This place was much cheaper than my two previous places I've attended. I broke my 10 year old filling and they managed to get me an appointment as soon as possible and gave me a new onlay on my tooth. I did have to come back a couple months later because I ate some fruit snacks and it pulled my onlay out of my mouth. They were able to cement it back in and I only paid for a 26 dollar co pay for the visit since I had the yearly dental plan. My only suggestion would be to provide the customer with a pamphlet or paper indicating what you must avoid moving forward with whatever procedures you get. I was under the impression I had to wait a month to go back to eating normal but that is not the case. Fruit snacks act as a suction cup so I must avoid my favorite lunch snack moving forward. I could've did my own due diligence and look up myself but for the price I paid, I would expect to be informed completely. I just see this as an area of opportunity for them. My appointment was scheduled at 4pm. At 4:45pm they took my X-rays and then was taken to an exam room. At 5:20pm (more than an hour later) they tell me we need to reschedule your appointment, the hygienist is out for the day...she left at 5:00pm. So in the end I waited for an hour and was asked to reschedule. Really unprofessional. read more

Came upon Gateway Dental Group and saw they had lots of positive reviews. After making my appointment, I met Dr. Noor Al-Khatib. She couldn't have been nicer and more professional! ALL of the staff there made me feel comfortable. Dr. Al-Khatib just finished, today, a crown I badly needed. I still have more work to be done but I will definitely be coming back. Came in today and received my exam, X-rays, cleaning.and deep cleaning. The new hygienist was amazing. No one likes a sharp pointy thing in your gums and she was super gentle or my gums are used to it, but doubt that's the case. Shauna is her name and please know she is not just here for the cleaning. She was very personal and talked to me and made me dental appointment pleasant. The office is always clean as usual and the front desk staff are amazing. Had dental exam and x-rays 9/10/3024. Decided to have treatments at Loma Linda University Dental School l instead and had my x-rays sent over. 18 photos 3/4 I ch squares that can not be enlarged. Recently became a patient here because I got a new insurance with my new job and I am so far very pleased! Today I got a deep cleaning for the first time from Savannah Juarez and she is the sweetest thing and so friendly. She made me feel comfortable, explained the procedure, and all of what she was going to do,. She offered extra numbing gel, or a numbing shot local anesthetic if needed. It turned out to not hurt AT ALL, I didn't even need much numbing. I'm so glad she was my hygienist. I highly recommend coming to her if you need any type of cleanings done. Nope... have been diagnosed with TMJ after EXTENSIVE dental work by my doctor and the provider aetna sent me to, and now the installed crowns are falling out (3 of them) she did, and generally dissatisfied overall with my dental work she did.
