This was one of the most terrible massages I have ever had. If only I could give them 0 stars. I went in for a 90 minute "Signatural Deep Relaxation Massage" which included 2 treatment of your choice. i chose Head & Scalp Message & Foot Relaxation 1. The masseuse did not understand English and there was no one else in the salon who could help us out communicate properly. I mentioned her speaking + showing on website as well that I am looking for the above mentioned massage + the 2 treatments mentioned. I don't think she understood. I had mentioned the same while setting up the appointment on phone as well. 2. I mentioned her that in the body massage my focus areas are shoulder / neck and my IT band (through touching those areas). She started my massage from Shoulder / Neck. It was painful at that time, I did ask her to go a little slow and also also a little light on pressure. She went on and on. I have more pain than ever right now and my neck area and shoulder area are so painful and swelled up, that it looks like a big hump!!!!! As soon as I move my neck back, it pains terribly. 3. She started with my legs and the mentioned focus area. She did toooooo much of it. I dont think she knows hoe to massage - the techniques and the process. She just applied lot of pressure and did in any direction or so. She asked me to roll over and as soon as I rolled over - I had immense pain in my calves. I told her that I am having unbearable pain in my calf now even if I move it slightly. She applied the same pressure and did the same thing that she did earlier leading to no relaxation and infact worsening it further!! 4. She then says that I am tired and your 90 minutes are over! Ofcourse she is tired - she applied so much pressure everywhere where it was not needed at all and made things terrible! There was no foot massage , no head / scalp massage as I had asked for. I pushed her for the head massage because I really wanted to have that. She did it for 5 minutes extra again with no proper technique just rubbing my hair so strongly & badly - all of my hair was left entangled! This was the pathetic experience I ever had and I am in pain - both neck hump and my calves while I walk, sit & sleep!!!!!! read more

She asked about the amount of pressure and was very experienced at what she was doing. She did a very good job. And the best part: it was affordable! I came here as a walk-in and was pleasantly greeted by the woman smiling behind the front desk. I had a 60-minute body works massage from a woman named Eva. SHE WAS AMAZING. She was incredibly kind and applied the perfect amount of pressure. I hadn't ever had a full body massage before and it was out of this world. It included back, neck, legs, glutes, arms, shoulder, scalp, and pressure points on the face. The facilities were incredibly relaxing and very well maintained. I'm already planning my return. I also got a 30-minute foot rub; it was so nice -- and I'm very ticklish on my feet, but was just fine. BEWARE. I had a very jarring and negative experience here. I went in for a 30 min back massage and it felt like either my mortal enemy came in right before and paid the masseuse to give me the most painful experience possible. It was uncomfortable to the point of being comical. It started off unconventional as the masseuse entered and without a greeting just started aggressively grabbing at my feet. Mid way though an already unpleasant back "massage", without warning, the masseuse gabbed my head and turned it quickly and it really startled me and cracked my neck. It was painful and I become shook thinking, "could she have literally broken my neck like in the movies?", she then -and I kid you not- took my head in her hands and started violently shaking it. I came in for a back massage to try to alleviate my migraine symptoms and shaking my head in this manner is not what I signed up for. I asked her politely to stop and told her that it hurt. Her response was, "it will feel good, I promise" and continued to shake my head. I flinched in pain and pulled away and asked her again to stop. She paused and argued with me that it would feel good. For the third time I asked her to stop. She sighed, then got on the table with me and just started ramming into my back with her hands. As this nightmare was approaching the end, I was relieved when she put a towel over me but what came next was anything but a happy ending. She literally started punching my back. I was thinking, ok this is ridiculous, and tried to pull away and thought it had to be over soon and she continued with the quick back punching. When it she finally said "OK, DONE". I breathed a sigh of relief but she did.not.leave.the.room. She just stood there a the front of my bed. I didn't move or say anything for an extended period of time and she eventually left. I am still processing what happened. I could have really gotten hurt and I wish I would have just gotten up and left. read more

I don't know how the massages here feel, but I do know that this company has no problem blatantly lying to it's customers. As someone with a joint condition, I always filter Yelp by wheelchair access, this spa claims to be wheelchair accessible. Upon arrival, I see that the spa is up an entire flight of stairs. When I call the spa, I find out that there is no wheelchair access whatsoever. If they are willing to lie so obviously to disabled people, I can't imagine how many of their other claims must be false as well. read more
