Every single member of the staff is wonderful (and will remember random tidbits about you), no one is annoying about trying to sell you products, the office is kept in pristine condition and the prices are beyond reasonable for a medspa in midtown Manhattan. I would be remiss if I didn't single out two of their best estheticians: Jeanine is my go-to when it comes to acne control treatments, deep pore detox's, hydra facials, and laser skin removal. She's always so upbeat, and constantly checks in to make sure you're as comfortable as possible. Unfortunately, she's pretty hard to book sometimes, but trust me she's worth it! She also gives the best shoulder massages during treatment! Kevin sought me out and introduced me to more advanced treatments like laser genesis and vivace. Kevin is so passionate and knowledgeable about all things skincare and walks you step-by-step on what he's doing and what results it will produce. One thing I'll forever be grateful for was that Kevin actually advised me to stop treatment a few years ago and told me to see a dermatologist about getting on accutane. It would've been so easy for him to continue to take my money for treatments that would have minimal effect (because of my reoccurring acne flare ups) and instead prioritized me.
