I have been going to her for years, but in the last 2 years she has disappointed me with her prices and service :( she has gotten waaay to over priced and fillings are not holding up as good as before. I used to be able to decide when i can go back but now we're forced and even obligated to give a certain percentage for Tip. Okay so the lashes ?? Perfect. I got the groupon for the 4D mink set. I did ask for longest which is 15mm and they gave me 14mm instead but they look so much longer and fuller it's unbelievable. BUT, I read the glue reviews praying that it wasn't true, and it is. Mid way ( and it took about two hours and a half ) my eye burned so bad. I've gotten my lashes done over 10 times in all new places and not once has this happened. Also I can feel the glue when I close my eyes hard. Absolutely love them! The main technician was super friendly to me and my mother-in-law and advised on what would look nice based on our eye shape. I was super nervous because the last time I got my lashes done at a different shop, they were upset at how indecisive/unsure I was. The technician here was very patient and kind! :) They took extra precautions to protect their clients and themselves through this pandemic which I really appreciate! After calling in to make sure they had availability at 7pm, I arrived only to have to wait 20 minutes. I've been a customer of Jiji's since 2011. Being a very picky and particular person... Especially on my appearance, I'm giving this a full five. Here are my reasons: Eyelashes* The only place with various type of eyelashes to choose from. You can pick dark brown, black, silk, mink, very light, straighter types, super curl, and etc. Her skills aren't just bound by having longer eyelashes on the end to make that sultry look or rounder with longer eyelashes in the middle. There are also flower styles where it looks even more natural and cross styles. Therefore, when I want to change my looks every month or two... I have that option. She also does your bottom eyelashes upon request. I like how she doesn't count the eyelashes she puts on me, and the goal of making me satisfied. If you have sensitive eyes, let her know. She has two types of glue if you're scared of a little sting. Facial* I love her routine in cleansing. The massage is a killer. I absolutely love it! After extracting all those impurities and allowing my pores to breathe again, the redness stay for a couple of hours. In less than two days, my skin looks super healthy and even have a bit of radiant glow to it. She recommends me to get a facial every three months, but two months is all need :) Price is very reasonable. What more can I ask? read more

The last time I got my lashes done at a different place in Flushing lasted me for a month. Unfortunately, 90% of the lashes I got done here fell off within a week. I was extremely careful whenever I washed my face and didn't use oily skin products but the lashes all fell off in 9 days. It really looked beautiful when I just got done but I would rather pay extra and make them stay for a month. I don't know what kind of glue they use here but whatever it was, it really irritates my eyes too and I looked like a freaking demon with red eyes the entire weekend too. I would love to give these people ZERO stars. They are frauds apparently after speaking to the owner she stated that they use weaker glue for new clients so they have to come back to get touch up and GUESS how much they gonna charge you LMAO 40-55 dollars. TERRIBLE I am not new to lashes, I take care of my lashes and it's at 10 days and all my lashes are gone. THAT HAS NEVER HAPPENED TO ME EVER! Now if she was to tell me oh I will stand by my product/service and your lashes was suppose to last much longer than that so come back I'll redo them for free. MAYBE I would have chucked this incident up as a mishap and give them another chance. BUT NO she stated come back and pay 55$ and I'll redo them. HAS SHE LOST HER MIND!!! I just paid 55 plus 30 tip (because they looked nice when I got them and I'm not an asshole i do tip) so 85$ and the product didn't last no where near as advertise but only a week or less. The location - It is not too far. It's in the basement of Busy Mall. The store - It is small. But only the owner herself works there. So it does not get crowded. The store is divided into two, one side for nails and one side for facial. The nail specialist - I went in to get a single color color gel. She is good at what she us doing. I love the design. Also she didn't file my nails down so much like the other place. She showed pictures on her phone of all the designs she has done. She also showed me eyelash extensions.
