Leroy showed up on time and with a mask he was kind enough to put coverings on his feet and he was very professional and kind. I am a single woman and I felt very safe around Leroy. I would never do business with them. Worst experience. Never will work with them. Very bad customer experience. I got my sprinkler, fireplace and furnace serviced. My sprinkler head broke after it was fixed by this company. I tried to reach them for a month but could never got a hold of them. I called multiple times ( also left voicemail) and multiple messages... no reply. He did mention that he was in the hospital coz of covid; but during the time period the company was not communicating with me or taking my calls, I did see the company Venmo transactions getting paid for services from other clients during this time ( as it was public transaction ). I then disputed my Venmo transaction with the company since I paid $450 for the services. Only when I disputed the charge, the company calls me immediately and tries to blame it on me for the issue... I removed the dispute since he was in covid and made me feel like I was at fault... and he hung up on me when I was telling me what the issue was...pathetic, manipulative and rude... read more

I arranged for him to install a security door and repair flagstone and a vent in late may 2021. I needed to order the door 24 days out. I sent measurements/photos of the house along with links to two door options to and asked him a question about the door order. I sent two follow up texts and called multiple times. There was no response to my text. Voice mail is full so could not leave a message. Eighteen days till the appointment date so the door will not arrive in time. I'm not interested in paying a second $75 trip charge for the door installation and I cancelled. read more

Leroy came to my house to redo my drip system. After about 7 days I noticed that two of my big planters were dead because they were not getting any water. I started hand watering to try to save my plants and called him to come fix. No show. Called again. No response. Not reliable and not very good at what he does. I would not recommend this company if you want your plants to stay alive. read more

I was in touch with Leroy regarding an estimate we were looking for. He kindly went to the property and just after that he stated that he won´t be interested in the job. I explained him our way of working and payment, he accepted back. After a few weeks, he just decided to denied again, once we almost had approval to make the job. Poor customer service and lack of information to let us know in advance about his decision, just giving poor pretexts as fully booked out, etc. I am not complaining about his respectfull ways, just a notice in advance would have been appreciated as well as a true and compromised response. read more

I've used a few sprinkler companies over the years- most with mixed results. Leroy of JJ Solutions is one of the most conscientious and skilled sprinkler repairman I have encountered- period. In my case, my sprinkler system on one side of my yard was completely destroyed when a company came in and "upgraded " internet in the neighborhood. Amazing how the City of Denver allows legalized vandalism of property but they do and Leroy discovered that they had taken a 5 foot section of sprinkler plumbing with them so my sprinkler lines were gushing everywhere. Unlike some workman who would say they need to reschedule because the job was bigger than they thought, Leroy got right to it without complaint and within hours I had a functional operating sprinkler system again. He took me through the explanation of what he did exactly and the price of the repair was extremely fair at around $200 for all that damage. I definitely recommend this company- they are awesome ! read more

I am very upset at the treatment Yelp gave my recommendation and the business I recommended with 5 stars! I posted an excellent, 5-star review for JJ Solutions, the handyman. He was competent, prompt, and did excellent work. He was also professional, clean cut, friendly and ended up doing way more work than we initially thought we needed, all within one week of contacting him! Yet, he told us that Yelp reported to him that I had deleted my recommendation and filed a complaint against him! This was an outright LIE! I in no way deleted my review or filed a complaint! We want him to continue helping us with our sprinkler system! I insist that Yelp immediately publish an apology to LeRoy, owner of JJ Solutions, to me, and to the public for this false information. If this is not done by Yelp, I will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. What about your claim of safety and trust for the community? read more
